FAMILY-FRIENDLY SPACE In the winter, enjoy ice skating on the lake or pick out a family-friendly game from our game closet and cozy up next to our wood-burning fireplace. Your stay in Locust Lake Village requires Adult guest wristbands to be worn whenever you are out and about, at the beaches, or in any activity. 9 adult bands are included and at the house. Children under 12 yrs are free. Wristbands MUST be left in the house at the end of your stay or a replacement fee of $50 will have to charges. So please leave your bands! PA & LLV fishing permits are needed, this is on the pre-registration too. If you are a last-minute reservation or haven't completed the registration until 1 or 2 days before arrival, the community charges a $35.00 late registration fee. A WINTER stay in our home: We do have a contract to plow the driveway, however, they will only shovel to the front door one time. The new deck makes spending time outside, so very easy. Our bedrooms are simple & comfortable. "Pocket at Pocono Lake" is a 2,300 sq-ft lakefront home built in 2016, so it features modern conveniences but is accented with rustic-chic decor so your family can get a cabin-like experience in comfort and style. Guests enjoy the view of and activities on the gorgeous lake right in our back yard in addition to our private hot tub, fire pit, game room, screened-in porch, fully-equipped kitchen and open-concept floor plan so you can easily hang out for movies, meals, cocktails and games. Pools & Beaches: Lifeguards have full authority in matters regarding the safety and conduct of all persons within the aquatic facilities. Swimming in the lake when lifeguards are not on duty is “at your own risk”. Water toys, rafts and diving equipment are NOT allowed in defined swimming areas.
