Actual temp. varies due to air/ground temps and is not guaranteed. - Both hot tubs can be heated during your stay without an additional charge. The hot tub temperatures are set at 100 degrees. You can adjust the temperatures or down on the hot tubs. - The pool is maintained at temperature of 70 degrees while not in use. If you want to use the pool at this temperature you are able to do so. We can monitor the temperature of the pool remotely and if it raises above the 70 degrees you will be charged the nightly pool heating fee of $75 per day you heat the pool. *** Waterfall and Slide Information*** - To prevent the pipes from freezing, the waterfall and slide are not able to be used from late November to mid March. No matter what month it is, though, if the temperature is below 34 degrees at night the owners reserve the right to not provide the waterfall and slide to ensure pipes do not freeze and break. This luxury villa in Hurricane is 5 miles from Sand Hollow State Park and 30 miles from Zion National Park! Sleeps 28 with 17 beds. Includes private/secluded courtyard w/ heated pool and hot tub + misters to keep you cool; two upper-level balconies; and BBQ grill and outdoor dining area. Rooms feature stunning photos of Southern Utah. Perfect for large gatherings! The space Each of the 5 KING SUITES has a DreamCloud king mattress and private bathroom (you don’t have to share your bathroom with someone else!). The oversize bunk room has 4 queen beds, 6 twin beds(XL), double vanity, and TWO private toilet/shower areas. Enough beds to sleep 28 comfortably. This is our home away from home and we love sharing it with visitors to Southern Utah. Rather than the traditional layout of 1 or 2 master suites with queens or twins in the other bedrooms, our home was custom designed to make each bedroom a king suite with its own private bathroom. As a result, the home is ideal for large groups looking for an unforgettable getaway. Everyone gets their own private king suite and bathroom, but then a large gathering area is available in the kitchen and family room with 85" TV. This large inside gathering area transitions nicely into the secluded outdoor courtyard/pool by way of a 3-panel sliding glass door. If you need even more room, the breezeway from the courtyard leads to the large resort pool/clubhouse located across the back alley. You can lock the 6' gate in the breezeway to ensure privacy and seclusion for our courtyard/pool area. During the summer, professional grade misters are in the courtyard to help keep you cool. If you want the pool heated from November through March, you can pay a heating fee of $100 (for your entire stay). One king suite is on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the 4 king suites, large bunk room, and another large family room with 85” 4K TV. Two of the upstairs king suites share a balcony. A second balcony off the upstairs family room overlooks the courtyard/pool. USB-C and USB-A ports on each nightstand for charging phones. The bunk room also doubles as a gaming room with a Sony 4K TV (120Hz), X-Box and 4 gamer lounge chairs (the two 85” TVs in other areas of the house are also ‘gamer ready’ at 120Hz). If you are interested in whole house audio that allows for music to play in the courtyard, downstairs family room and upstairs family room, let us know and we will send instructions on how to use the system. We love this feature—especially in the pool area! The resort clubhouse located across the back alley has a beach entry pool, lap pool, splash pad (seasonal), lounge chairs, shaded areas with tables, and exercise room with some weights (operating hours are determined by the HOA). Just east of the front entrance to the house is a large grass park with mature trees and two pickle ball courts. Inside the 2-car garage are pickle ball paddles/balls, a ping pong table, and an EV plug in garage. Our home is located 30 miles away from the entrance to Zion National Park. If you are bringing a boat and/or UTV to use at Sand Hollow State Park (entrance is just 5 miles away), parking for trailers and RVs is available on the outside perimeter of the resort. We use the RV parking area south of our home, which results in a short walk to our front door. If you need inspiration on other places to visit, many photos of scenic areas in Southern Utah appear throughout the home. Kitchen is stocked with place settings for 28 people. Kid-friendly plastic dishes also available. Crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker/insta pot, electric griddle, large covered electric griddle, waffle maker, hand mixer, blender, toaster, and BBQ utensils available for guest use along with variety of baking and serving dishes. Adjoining the bunkroom are 2 bathrooms. The home is handicap accessible with 1 master suite on the main level. The private pool is the largest in the neighborhood! It has a shamu shelf, bubblers, in water sunning chairs, 4 deck sunning chairs, in water sun umbrella, water basketball, and LED lighting. The hot tub holds 10, and is right next to the large fire pit with seating. For the true indoor outdoor living experience there is a large barbque with an outdoor table for 10. We provide the putters for you to practice on our 3 hole putting green. Bone up on your target practice with our kid friendly axe throwing. There are 2 decks. One has swinging nest chairs that overlook the pool. The other has comfy seating and mood lighting, with views clear to Zions. Rainy days happen, but we’ve got you covered. There are 6 arcade machines with hundreds of games. Street fighter, NBA for 4 players, PAC Man, and pinball just to name a few. There’s also an Xbox on our 85” game room tv. Another 85” tv in the family room, and every bedroom has their own 75” tv to sit back and relax with. We’ve also stocked the game room with some crowd pleasing board games. This kitchen is made for large gatherings with seating for 26, and 10 more just on the patio. It has 2 side by side refrigerators with water dispensers, a built in ice maker for all your drinks, 5 burner gas stove, 2 convection ovens, and stocked with all the things you need to prep your meals. *Resort amenities* 2 pickle ball courts, public pavilion, gym, lap pool, large neighborhood pool, huge hot tub, splash pad, open grass areas. *Other included home amenities* Charge on up! It’s a great place to get out on the water or relax on the beach. It’s an excellent fishing place , and a good place to escape the crowds. Golfing. BEDROOMS: There are 4 equally large master suites, each with king beds, 55” TVs, and private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, so no need to fight over who gets what room. One master suite is located on the main level for anyone needing a stair-free stay, and then the other 3 master suites and bunk room are on the second floor. The bunk room includes 6 built-in queen beds (yes, 6 queen beds!) and a 5th bathroom with tub/shower combo in case any of the kiddos (or adults) wants a bath. All 10 king and queen mattresses are premium hybrid, coil and memory foam, cooling mattresses that should appease both soft or firm mattress sleepers. We definitely didn’t skimp on anything, especially here. Several high end pillow types are provided with each bed as well as extras in closets so you shouldn’t feel the need to bring your own pillow. KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM: The large, fully equipped kitchen and dining room includes a long table that can seat 12, a giant and beautiful black quartz island with additional bar seating and food prep, plenty of cupboard space, large pantry, and additional countertop and cooking space to whip up all of your meals. For those that want to cook, it is stocked with just about anything you’ll need. The main floor family room is a beautiful central gathering place connecting the kitchen, dining room, entryway and courtyard. It has a 65” TV, an electric fireplace for those cooler mornings or cozy evenings, and a 1/2 bathroom close by. COURTYARD/POOL: Fully private courtyard boasts 16’ pool with a motorized cover, a natural gas fire pit, natural gas Weber grill and ample seating. Because the courtyard sits between the house and the garage, the only access to the courtyard is from those two locations, so you wont be bothered. Truly private space. The large panoramic folding glass doors give you open access and viewing to the courtyard from the main family room and kitchen. For pool safety, the courtyard glass door has a chime feature enabled as well as motorized pool cover with required code to open and close. Pool depth is about 5 feet so please monitor your little ones. Much of the courtyard is fully covered/shaded from the elements while the pool and lounge chairs are exposed for those sun-seekers. The private pool can be heated during the colder months for $25-$50/day. The large community hot tub (located across the street from the home) is heated year round and is accessible/included for no additional charge. SECOND FLOOR LOFT: The ultimate hang out area with oversized L-shaped couch, 65” TV, Xbox Series S with two controllers, and a fun and unique “The Sandlot” themed indoor breezeway ping pong room with window views into the courtyard. There is plenty of space around the table to play your ultra competitive ping pong tournaments. LAUNDRY ROOM: Large LG WashTower stackable washer and dryer. Located on the second floor between bedroom 2 and 3. Several pods and dryer sheets provided for each guest. GARAGE: 3-car garage with a double-car and single-car door. Single-car side has a 240V (level 2) EV charger port on the drivers side and is included with your stay. No cables or adapters provided so be sure to bring your own. It is a NEMA 14-50 240V outlet (see picture for clarification) which is capable to fully charge most vehicles overnight.
