Safety is a major priority in the home with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, pool safety fence, caged pool and fenced yard to name a few examples! Outdoor space: The large pool, patio and backyard make for a quiet, private retreat. The yard backs up to green space and is fully fenced. There is a pool cage AND a child safety fence around the large pool. An outdoor TV allows you to catch up on the news with your morning coffee by the pool. Grill a delicious meal on the BBQ to enjoy at the outdoor dining set. Lounge in the sun or nap in the shade on the comfortable furniture! After sunset, turn on lights strung overhead and enjoy the ambiance and sounds of nature. Note: Pool is heated to 84 degrees, 12 hours per day November through March at no additional charge. The pool is professionally serviced at least once per week, and while our team does their best to maintain a consistent schedule, service days may vary slightly due to weather or availability. For your convenience, a pool skimmer is provided, and guests may wish to use it between cleanings to keep the pool looking its best during their stay. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes off the screen and into the pool between cleanings due to unpredictable weather conditions in Florida - this is normal. Noise/Good Neighbor Policy: This is a private residence in a residential neighborhood. Quite times are 9pm to 8am and we always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held at this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 26 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 26 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us. Registered Guests: ONLY the registered guests are allowed to stay at the property! Unless discussed and agreed with us otherwise, this includes inviting groups over during the day/night beyond the number of persons you have booked for. Check in is from 4pm and check out is at 10am. The living room is connected to a large-screened patio and is furnished with patio set, perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and outdoor family dinner. The master bedroom is on one side of the house, furnished with a queen-size bed and a memory foam mattress with and adjacent privet bathroom. The guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The first guestroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a memory foam mattress with two large closets and access to the patio and heated pool. The second guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and memory foam mattresses, and a large closet. The is a separate guest bathroom recently updated and has a tub/shower. The backyard space features a large, uncovered pool with plenty of luscious green space and two chez lounges and outdoor umbrella. Please note the outdoor screener had to be temporarily removed due to Hurricane Ian damage and will be replaced at a future date to supply material shortage.
