This quiet, walkable neighborhood is 2 blocks from Morley Field, part of Balboa Park, and San Diego Zoo. It's also close to the famous 30th Street area of North Park with top-notch, trendy restaurants and shops. Please keep in mind there is no AC in this house. The space Our 2 bed, 1 bath home has recently restored hardwood floors throughout. It's a beautifully designed house with lots of open space and natural light featuring French windows and doors plus two skylights. There is a deck in the back with a seating area accessible by the second bedroom and the kitchen. Please note, this is a 2-on-1 property that has full-time tenants living in the back house. Guests are encouraged to be respectful about noise level as this is a very quiet residential neighborhood. There is a fence separating the two houses, and each has its own separate entrances and outdoor areas. The house sleeps up to five. Families with kids are ideal for larger groups. The common areas and bedrooms are really most comfortable with 4 or fewer adults. There are 2 twin beds in the first bedroom to sleep 2, a queen-sized bed in the very large second bedroom, a large and comfortable living room couch, two Pack and Play cribs, and a queen-sized air mattress to accommodate guests’ sleeping arrangements.
