The washer and dryer are also on this level. There is a walkout patio with a firpit and lounge area as well as a dining table, grill, and blackstone. Down the stairs you have your lower level. This has a living area with a TV. There is also a bar area with a pool table and some other fun games along with a wood burning stove. For bedrooms, there is one larger bedroom with a king bed (which could also fit a air mattress in and has a pack n play) and a full bathroom with a bathtub. There is also 1 master king bedroom with an en suite bathroom and TV. The lower level walks out to your one level boat dock with ample spaces for docking boats or jet skis! The walk-out sandy beach is perfect for those with small families as well and those just wanting to relax and float in the water. We also have a firepit for those cooler nights and roasting marshmallows/singing songs (if you wish). This property also features a outside shower to rinse off after a long day of sunbathing. The garage features a ramp walkway for those who might need accessible entry. A pack and play is also available as well as a highchair. The location is just minutes away from many locations including breweries, wineries and the local grocery. Guest access We are located on the public/cold side centrally on Lake Anna. We are in close proximity to two marina's which can meet all your marine service needs such as year-round pontoon rentals, boat launch ramps, fuel, tackle, bait and fishing guide services. Guests have full access to the house and dock with except to the marked owners closet that are not allowed. Owners boats/jet ski are strictly not to be tampered with. Linens will be provided for kitchen, baths, and bedrooms. You will be pleased to be greeted with all beds made up and ready for your arrival and no need to strip beds before you leave. Lake house is located on Pigeon Cove. Renter must be age 25 or older and must remain on premises during rental period. Guests have access to 2 boat piers and 1 floating pier for wave runners. Deck has picnic tables, gas grill (depending on usage by previous guests, gas is not guaranteed to be available), charcoal grill (guest must supply charcoal) and property has fire pit. Weekly rentals are Friday-Friday. No Pets Allowed. Note: pictured sliding board is not operational at this time. One of our most common review comments is that the pictures don't do the house justice. It's a unique home and it's difficult to explain (and photograph). It's not your typical house! Private yard with only one distant neighboring house in sight (without foliage). Giant fire pit overlooking the lake. Plenty of firewood included for your stay. Our cleaning fee includes cleaning, linens and trash service (no, not all rentals do). We have plenty of parking space, RV slip, and a free EV charger (Nema 14-50). We've had several requests, even for small weddings, but we just can't make it feasible. Availability note: Our summer check-in/out days are on Friday only. In addition to Truvi, a $1500 refundable security deposit hold will be placed on the card on file 3 days prior to check-in. This is not a charge and will be released after checkout, provided there is no damage, missing items, or violations of house rules. Minimum age of primary renter is 35. The maximum number of guests is limited to 16 persons (up to 8 adults and up to 8 children). The primary Guest booking the stay must stay for the entire duration of the booking dates, must also be the same Guest to complete the Renter's Agreement and the Truvi Guest Verification. Any restrictions or House Rules violated in the Renter's Agreement could incur charges to the Guest post stay or cause forfeit of the security deposit. For all bookings, check-in instructions will not be provided until the renter agreement is signed. Please be aware that boat house construction may be taking place during your stay. This will not affect your access to or use of the outdoor fireplace or sandy beach, which remain fully available. For safety reasons, guests are strictly prohibited from using, touching, or interfering with any construction materials, equipment, or progress related to the boat house. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we improve the property for future stays. Please note that environmental factors can sometimes affect water clarity and recreational use, depending on severity and location. While we want all guests to enjoy their time at the lake, we cannot be responsible for their presence or any restrictions that may result. For the most up-to-date information on water conditions, we recommend checking local resources before and during your stay. For the safety and security of the property, garage door openers are equipped with cameras that record the exterior entrance of the garage only. These cameras are disabled and will not record any audio or video of the interior of the garage at any time. Additional exterior security cameras may be present on the property for safety and security purposes. No cameras are located inside the home. Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee (service fee non-refundable). If cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days before check-in, a 50 % refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee applies.
