Close to many shopping centers and restaurants. You can enjoy a day at the theme parks and then come back and relax in this beautiful home. Home is also a 3 minute drive to publix and Walmart. Guest access The garage is sealed off from the rest of the house and is currently being turned into a studio apartment where up to 2 guests may also stay. There is a separate side entrance for the garage so if you are renting the main house it is possible that 2 other guests may be renting the studio.

The breakfast area has room for four and dining room for eight. The upstairs has a loft with pull-out couch, three bedrooms each with it's own TV and two full bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer upstairs. Out back there is a large yard with a with beautiful trees large, a screened-in pool with heated hot tub and a grill. Guest access All of the house except the garage. Other things to note There is no charge to heat the hot tub, but if you want the entire pool heated there is an additional charge.

I cant allow shedding dogs as I live in the property and I am allergic. The room is not suitable for children under 10. The space Plz read everything. This is a bedroom on my lanai with its own bathroom and separate entrance. Its very private but Im in the house if you need anything. Feel free to use the pool (open 24 hours)! There is an AC/heater in the room for your control. Guest access Plz read everything. I can not accommodate early check-in or late check-outs; I need time to clean. Park in the driveway, up against the garage at the back of the driveway, on the right hand side. Walk back through the gate and into the screened in section; the room is straight ahead. The door code will be sent an hour before check-in. During your stay Don't worry about the time of arrival, I know flights get delayed and traffic gets tough. I don't usually interfere when people are arriving, I just want them to have privacy and relax. I'll be in the house however, so feel free to knock if you need anything. Other things to note Plz read everything. Traffic can be really bad here during rush hour, please plan ahead. I don't usually greet my guests, I believe they like the privacy and the separate entrance. I am here is you need me though. We have three little shih tzus that will come out to greet you and one kitty who roam around but will stay out of your way. THE ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER TEN.
