The space Our home is furnished with comfortable plush furniture and our early American pieces greet you as you enter the premises. There is on-site laundry facilities available for your convenience. Our living room with its Eastern exposure receives full morning light. What's more is its proximity to Magic Mountain as well as other ski resorts. Guest access There is a lockbox with the key inside for entry into house. Other things to note A gentle walking trail winds it way from the backyard through plush woodlands where you can enjoy an outdoor stroll. Your trail meanders past freshwater wetlands and and wild blueberry bushes, continuing to the old burial ground. Along the way you can spot local wildlife and appreciate the large variety of Vermont plant life as you make your way back to your yard for a cool drink.

Minutes to Bromley, Magic, and Stratton, and the quaint town of Londonderry. Manchester, offering fine dining, great shopping, golfing, and more, is also a short drive away. The home is perfect for families or a group of friends looking to make some memories. Several family rooms, a game room and plenty more. The space Four bedrooms are spread on three floors and can sleep up to 15 guests, with 3 bathrooms one on each floor. All bedrooms have incredible mountain views and easy access to a bathroom, and we provide fresh towels and linens for every stay. Two very cozy family rooms on the main floor are great places for entertainment and gatherings of friends and family. Enjoy wood fireplaces and TV’s that each has to offer. There are two decks of each of the family rooms with incredible views of the mountains. On the main floor is a full-stocked kitchen, with great appliances that the group’s chef will love, and plenty of silverware and plate ware for the house. All you need to do is bring the food! The dining room table seats up to eight, and there is a wood fireplace in the family room that will keep the area nice and toasty. The game room on the lower level, with original arcade games, bowling game machine, TV, a table for board games or playing your favorite card games, fire stove with plenty of firewood. It is a great place to relax after a day on the mountains, playing games while watching the game on TV. Out back is a very nice stone gazebo, with a fireplace and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying those beautiful Vermont days and nights, grilling your perfect BBQ and enjoying the fireplace. The fireplace is huge, you are welcome to burn any downed trees and branches you find on the property. The property has a back up generator that powers the entire house in the event we have a power outage. Other things to note We like to provide our guests with some ideas on how to make the most of their precious vacation days, whether you plan on staying in and relaxing, or if you are looking for an adventure! After waking up and putting on a pot of your favorite coffee (we have a traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig) or tea, we recommend enjoying your caffeine on one of the decks or in the gazebo, taking in the fresh Vermont air. For our cold-weather guests, we also recommend lighting the woodburning fireplace, which will provide the home with a warmth that is incredible and hard to describe. For those who are staying in, you can curl up with a good book in one of the family rooms, or outside on the deck. You can also hunt for firewood for the fireplace in the gazebo, and create a stack to light as the sun sets. Or maybe you just want to slow down and catch up on a movie you have been wanting to see. For those who are going out, in winter, the answer is easy. A quick 5 miles away is Magic Mountain, 14 miles to Bromley or 17 miles to Stratton, which means you can get in two or three ski sessions a day, while recovering and refueling at the house in between. Stratton is great in the warm season as well, with a golf course, hiking trails, and summer activities that you can find on their website. There is also fishing, once you purchase your license you will be provided with a ton of material by the State of Vermont to assist you in your angling adventure. Then, as the sun sets, enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage, and take in the views as the sun sets. Or your group can gather around the fireplace, and listen to the cracking fire and sounds of Vermont’s nature as the sun departs for the day.

The central location means you are 20-min. from all the resort amenities: downhill & cross-country skiing, golf and tennis. Hiking and fishing are just down the road at Winhall Brook campground, one of southern VT’s best campgrounds with access to the West River Trail. The space Comfy 2,200 SF, 5 Bedroom, 2-1/2 bath contemporary split-level home built in 1969 with updated kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped for 8 guests, with original Knoll tulip dining set for 5 (please be gentle) plus 3 peninsular seats. Large living room with slate fireplace & sofa bed on mid level, and separate family room with large TV on lower level. Large glass sliders on the lower and mid levels bring a lot of daylight into the home and provide great views to the surrounding fields and woods, affording opportunities to catch sight of various bird species, foxes, deer and the occasional moose. A new central HVAC system has been installed, please keep the fan set on Auto and a reasonable temperature setting between 70-72 degrees. All bedrooms are located on the upper level. This home features 5 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds including 2 Masters, and 2 bedrooms with double bunks. Perfect for 2 or 3 families to enjoy any season in Southern Vermont's beautiful Green Mountains! YouTube video link @GreenMountainStay The space We purchased our home a few years ago and have since remodeled every square inch of the home, we hope you enjoy staying there as much as we do! Guest access Guests have access to our entire home. If your group wishes to use the built inground spa during your stay, there is there is a one-time additional charge of $100 as it needs to be treated between each group that stays at our home. The charge is the same whether this day is 2 days or a week. We will confirm whether or not our guests want to use this feature after booking confirmation to ensure that we have treatments scheduled accordingly. There is a year-round community gym at Bromley Village located a short walk from our home as well. During the summer season, guests will have access to the community Pool. PLEASE ADHERE TO ALL OF THE COMMUNITY RULES POSTED WITH RESPECT TO USE OF THE AMENITIES. We can accommodate parking up to 4-5 vehicles at our home depending on the time of year and amount of snow. There is overflow parking available year-round at the Bromley Mountain Lot as well if needed. Please also note, 12 overnight guests is the absolute maximum we can allow at any time. There are condos within walking distance that can be reserved if your full group cannot be accommodated with our overnight guest maximum of 12 guests. Please also understand that on rare occasions we may need to have a short visit from either firewood delivery company, property manager to mow the lawn in summer, clear the driveway of snow in winter, etc outside of the house. Inside the house on the lower level we have a small hot tub room, and access must be granted for our technician to treat the hot tub periodically. They naturally will not access any bedrooms or bathrooms, and will be out of your hair as quickly as possible. Our guests do not need to be home for our technician to access the hot tub room. Other things to note We recently upgraded from 2 double twin bunks in bedroom 4, to larger twin over full mattress bunks which are not yet pictured. Our home is located in Bromley Village, and we have daily shuttle service from mid December to late March from the house to the base lodge and back. Our home is lot #1 on the shuttle run. We have a heated inground pool at Bromley Village open during the summer season, and a newly renovated fitness center open year round that our guests have access to. We have a 3 night minimum requirement on Winter weekends and holidays, and we do not have Saturday Check-ins or check-outs.

With 2 laundry rooms on opposite ends of the house and 2 living rooms, there is ample space for multiple families to spread out and have their own space. This massive 4000 sqft chalet on 6 acres of pristine land is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun ski weekend or just a relaxing reset. The home is equipped with 8 beds (1 King, 5 queens, 2 twin XLs), a hot tub, a golf simulator, and a fire pit. The property is a 10 minute drive from Stratton Mountain and extremely private. We are pet-friendly, but if bringing animals please note it on the booking request with number of guests. The space Lower rates available at DryfterHomes. On the first floor of this house you have two bedrooms, one equipped with a king and another equipped with a queen. Also on this floor you have the living room with a mounted 55" smart TV, comfortable sofa and living space, a chef's kitchen with a stainless steel table, a large dining room table and two bathrooms. There is a dedicated room with a golf simulator for golfers that want to work on their game and a custom WFH space with an 8' conference table and four 27" 4K monitors with HDMI/USB-C adapters. Please note that the golf simulator room is not connected to central heat, but if is directly adjacent to the heated master bedroom - if you open the doors to the room it should help warm it up during cold winter days. Additionally - given the ceiling height (10 feet) we would not recommend using a driver with the simulator. On the back deck there is also a hot tub that guests can use at their leisure and in the front yard there is an outdoor firepit. A fireplace is located in the living room should you want additional heating and there are 4 AC units on the top floor, one in each bedroom, one in the computer room and one in the living room. Please note that we don’t stock firewood so if you want to use this you should bring your own. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher for your use. We also have a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use. On the bottom floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a queen and twin XL, and the last one has two queens. The back deck on the first floor does come equipped with a hot tub that guests are welcome to use. As for parking the main house has 2 garage spots that guests can use. The driveway is quite long and can hold probably 6-8 additional cars, but it is relatively narrow so they'd have to be parked single file. The property itself is on 6 acres of isolated land and completely private and is extremely close to a wildlife management area with a small network of trails that is perfect for walking.

Beautiful Mountain Views

This unique home is the favorite place of multiple generations. Ski at nearby Stratton and Bromley mountains or out the door into the Green Mountain Forest. Gorgeous view of Stratton. Beautiful fall color. Close to Manchester for shopping. Ideal for families and close-knit groups. The space The Red Barn was featured in Progressive Architecture magazine when it was built in the early '60s as an alternative to the Mad Men-style cocktail parties of suburban Connecticut. What started here as weekend-long get-togethers turned superficial acquaintances into lifelong friendships that have extended through 4 generations and multiple families. May the same happen to you. The house was built around a framework of century-old posts and beams back before reusing barn wood become fashionable. The interior walls are pine (boards, not panelling) and delineate spaces of interest and intrigue that delight young and old. While most of the interior has remained true to the vision of the first generation, we have updated the bathrooms and kitchen over the past 3 years. The bed/bedroom configuration and general house layout require further explanation... • The front door opens into the lowest level directly into a family/play/coat/mud room with a small wood stove set into the original fireplace. There are pegs for coats and shoes/boots as well as cloth mesh bags for mittens/hats/etc. To the left is the door to the garage with firewood and show shovels; to the right is the utility/workshop/furnace room with the laundry machines and a 1/2-bath. • A set of stairs leads to the middle floor, which is the main floor of the house with the living room with large fireplace, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, and a full bath with tub/shower. Each bedroom has a queen bed with the bathroom between them. There is a sliding door to the back on this level. • Another set of stairs leads to the upper floor. This staircase does not have a child's gate. The remaining "2 bedrooms" in our listing are actually two dorm-style rooms (labeled Stratton and Bromley dorms) separated by a bridge. They are both high-ceiling rooms with a queen bed on one side and a double bunk bed on the other, separated by a bathroom with shower. (Parents will need to be responsible for children's use of the ladders.) We can no longer offer the lofts in these dorms to our AirBNB guests. • The cupola is a small, fun space at the very peak of the house, overlooking the meadow in back and Winhall Hollow/Stratton in front. It is accessible by ladder from the bridge between the two dorms. The last thing to note is that this is a country house. We go to great lengths to discourage country mice, so it's important to not encourage them. Please refrain from taking food into the sleeping areas. Guest access Other than a few locked closets that hold family belongings, guests have access to almost every part of the house. However, our insurance company requires that no one use the hand or power tools in the workshop (other than the snow shovels). The house sits on about five acres that extend straight back and forward, and is surrounded by property owned by our neighbor, which is further surrounded by the Green Mountain National Forest. The pond behind the house is on our neighbor's property and therefore off-limits to our guests. The trails into the woods are available for use (skiis only on the x-country ski tracks, though, please!). Other things to note In just 10-30 minutes, you can ski at either Bromley or Stratton mountain. You can cross-country ski out the door. Groceries are 5-10 minutes away and the town of Manchester for outlet shopping is 20 minutes away.

OUTDOOR LIVING Step out onto the wraparound deck to soak in the views from the 8-person hot tub. In warmer months, fire up the grill and enjoy al fresco meals at the outdoor dining table. Guest access With the exception of 2 locked owner's closets, the entire house is yours to enjoy! Other things to note The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars. There is no street parking and any cars parked on the street will be towed. Out of an abundance of caution, we are only allowing children ages 5+ due to wide gaps between the balusters on the staircase and third floor loft. We recommend four-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles during the winter months for easiest access in snowy conditions. The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently updated with stainless-steel appliances. The coffee station has a Nespresso machine and complimentary coffee pods, as well as French press and electric kettle for all coffee & tea lovers. The open living area has a large wood burning fireplace, plenty of seating and a smart TV. Working from home? There is a dedicated workspace in the second-floor loft, as well as an additional workspace in the lower bedroom, and high speed WiFi throughout the home and property. There are five bedrooms in the home. The spacious primary bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The first floor has two queen bedrooms with a shared hall bathroom, and the lower level has one queen bedroom as well a bunkroom with shared hall bath. Other things to note We ask guests use the dedicated outdoor trash receptacles during their stay to prevent attraction of animals. This is Vermont and there are sometimes animals in the area that will get into any food or trash left outside, so please be mindful.
