The space We retained many elements of the original design in this mid-century modern restoration, and we've furnished it in this style. Here you will find two fully equipped kitchens, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Ours is a quiet neighborhood, a 20 minute walk to downtown, and minutes from parks with running trails. The house has high speed internet service, a wireless network, three TVs with streaming (Chromecast) and Netflix access. While there is no cable service, we have installed an antenna on the roof so many HD network channels are available. The house has recently had every surface cleaned, painted, or replaced. This is a very clean house that has never been lived in by us, that is, our stuff is not laying around. We are committed to keeping this place very clean, child-friendly, and a place to convalesce. There are two short steps, and then once inside, the entire space is on one level. The upstairs bathroom has grab bars for safety, and the lower level bathroom is a walk-in with a rain shower. There is a permanently installed sturdy baby gate in front of the one set of indoor steps. Sunny, downtown Ann Arbor home, just a few minutes walk from Main Street and the University of Michigan! This cozy abode has one of the best locations in the city, tucked away on a quiet historical street yet perfectly walkable to any Ann Arbor destination - Zingerman's, the Big House, the Farmer's Market, Blank Slate Ice Cream and the Blind Pig. Lovely porch and backyard with a fire pit for small gatherings. We love our home here, and think you will too! The space We live in this lovely home year-round aside from the few weekends we rent out, so we're sure everything works perfectly. It has a homey, lived-in feel with some unique artistic touches. Our home was built in 1911, and comes with all of the charm and natural patina you'd expect from an original home in Ann Arbor's Old West Side historic district. Guest access Guests are welcome to the entire house. We have a plethora of bicycles to borrow, and help find the properly sized bike, locks, and helmets with advance notice. Other things to note This block, Murray Avenue, is so special! All the houses are painted bright colors from the same 1911 model. A real historic gem in our town.

Sunny, Downtown Ann Arbor Home

This house really is close to everything. Want to go to the Big House, it's just a short 2 mile walk or drive to get there. There is public transportation right across the street, and you are within a few miles of all things you need. While this house is quite close to the highway, we have taken all the proper measures to assure that you do not hear the highway (when indoors). This recently remodeled home has an open concept, with everything you need for a short or long stay. Other things to note This property has one king bed, a queen bed, and a futon. Close to Everything

Relax in a charming, quaint Colonial Revival bungalow. This cozy home is a 1923-design (built in 1927) historically-registered Sears and Roebuck kit home, and the design is called the Betsy Ross. The home has lots of windows and light, and it is very peaceful and comfortable. It has been fully refreshed, but the original character was kept and fills the entire home. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities. Come walk back in time and enjoy Ann Arbor! The space The pictures are a very good illustration of the space. It is true to the original design, open, and very efficiently laid out. Its quaintness will make you feel very comfortable, and everything but the laundry is on the main floor. The main floor is 900 square feet and has your primary living space, kitchen and dining alcove, full bath, and two bedrooms with queen beds. The basement is another 900 square feet, has a walkout to the lower patio, and it contains the laundry area, a small workout space, and a separate living space (Fan Cave) with a queen pullout (for guests 5 and 6), half bath, and a streaming TV. The deck off the kitchen and the lower patio out back really extend the living space. The deck has a nice gas grill and seating for six. A level 2 240V J1772 EV charger and 30 amp RV charger are available for an added fee, if requested prior to arrival. Parking and access is limited to one vehicle (up to 24 feet long if an RV) off the street at the house. Additional free parking is available on the street. The beautiful space, ease of early check-in and late checkout, history of the home, very comfortable appointments, and close proximity to downtown make this a very wonderful place to stay. Property management services are provided by Iron Lake Property Management. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and outside areas. A personal code will be provided to each guest, one of their choosing to ensure safety. Guests may check-in as early as 12pm, and checkout as late as 2pm. This takes the stress off of arrival and departure. The home is walkable, has parking, and is very close to multiple bus lines. Plus, Uber and Lyft are very abundant in the area. The Ann Arbor train station is also a close 10 minute walk, and allows easy access for anyone arriving from Chicago and west. If you are coming from Detroit, the D2A2 bus line runs every 1 to 2 hours each day. If a 30 amp or EV connection is desired, this must be communicated to the host prior to arrival. Other things to note The house was fully refreshed, with refinished floors, new paint and furniture, and new appliances and housewares. Guests will enjoy the new amenities mixed with the original design's charms. Every effort has been made to create a healthy environment as well. Each room has purifiers, the two bedrooms have humidifiers, low VOC products were used in all renovations, and air quality monitors automatically vent stale air. The home also has a whole-house water filter to provide an added level of comfort for our guests. For guests that like fresh air, every room has screened windows to open. No perfumes or air fresheners are ever used. The laundry products used are unscented and hypoallergenic. We also prohibit smoking of any and all kinds anywhere on the property, keeping the home and property fresh at all times. The Waterhill neighborhood is full of original Ann Arbor character, and it is just across the railroad tracks that run through the city, abutting Kerrytown. Like the neighborhood, the Bungalow sits near the tracks (about 100 yards away) so you can enjoy the trains that continue to roll through Ann Arbor, the whistles and the rumble of the train cars. (The trains run right through the city, and you can hear them whistle for quite a ways. Many people love it, and some don't. If it bothers you, you should stay farther from the city center).

Charming 2BR, walk 2 stadium!

Welcome to Kerrytown- a vibrant collection of shops, parks, and quiet residences just a mile from U of M's Diag! This 3-bedroom home is newly updated with modern amenities, but retains all the original Ann Arbor charm- the ideal space for you and your group to explore one of the Midwest's most desirable cities. The space Main Floor: The living room has a leather couch, two comfortable chairs, and a mounted 70" TV (for streaming only, no cable). The fireplace is gorgeous, but not functional. Connected to the living room is the dining room, with a table that seats 6. A full kitchen offers a brand-new oven, a new refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser, and a complete array of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Second Floor: Three bedrooms and a full bathroom- two bedrooms have a queen bed, and the third has two single beds. Each bedroom has a spacious closet. The bathroom is newly renovated, with updated shower fixtures, tile, and a new double sink. Basement: Our speakeasy-style basement offers a sitting room, a half-bathroom, a brand-new set of laundry machines, and finally: the movie room. A secluded corner of the house with a projector screen, Roku attachment, and giant corduroy couch. Outside: A covered front porch with seating, surrounded by a thriving, diverse garden. One off-street parking space in a carport located at the back of the house! License #: STR25-1837 Guest access Guests have keyless entry and complete access to the entire home during their stay, including the front porch and back deck. There is one off-street parking spot in the carport, and two-hour spots on the street as they are available. The only inaccessible areas are the electrical room in the basement and the inventory closet in the kitchen, both of which have locks on the door. Other things to note Guests control the whole home temperature with the thermostat, but if it gets too warm upstairs- there are fans in each closet.

Step outside and you're right across the street from Allmendinger Park, one of our town’s most loved parks that features tennis, baseball, basketball, sports field and playground. You're three blocks from the Big House UM stadium, and less than a mile away from vibrant downtown Ann Arbor. The space This is our personal home. Here are more details you may need: *Main Floor* Living Room: Relax in our cheerful living room, with a large TV usable via Roku with Apple AirPlay and ChromeCast. There are board games, puzzles, family-friendly books, and sports equipment for you to use at the park across the street. Kitchen & Dining Room: Cook with all the kitchen essentials you need for a home-made meal, including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and spices. The water is very clean and purified with Hydroviv water filtration. There is also a Nespresso machine, milk frother, French press, drip coffee maker, water boiler, and a variety of teas and coffee. Dining Room: Gather with family and friends around a cozy wooden dining table for 6. The dining area is peaceful and bright, and gets a lot of morning sun. You can also take a bus around town; the bus stop is less than a block away. This charming, fully furnished, century-old renovated Arts and Crafts home is perfectly located three block from Main Street. Walk downtown or to campus easily! The space You will probably love my home if you like the following: Sitting on a breezy, comfy front porch with morning coffee or evening wine; Staying in a century-old, charming Arts and Crafts home; Enjoying a clean room and clean bathroom; Hearing the sound of a live band practicing old Motown girl group songs in my basement on Tuesdays from 7- 9 p.m.; Being able to walk three or four blocks to great restaurants and bars. The Screen Porch is complemented by several outdoor spaces including a fire pit. Kitchen is fully equipped. Master Bedroom with Queen Bed , Second Bedroom with Queen Bed, Family Room with pullout sofa. The space Living room features comfortable seating, a fireplace and a large T.V. that can be tucked away inside the cabinet with connection to Comcast cable TV. Large dining table and all you need for a nice meal at home. Oven, Gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, cooking utensils and other necessities for meal prep. Master Bedroom is very spacious with an ensuite bathroom, wall to wall closet, and large tv with Firestick. Second bedroom is very spacious as well with full bathroom a few steps outside the door. Both bedrooms are light filled with floor to ceiling windows, large closets, access to exterior patios, and dedicated working spaces. The family room has a large couch with a pullout bed with a full bathroom steps outside the door. The family room has a projector with firestick and large screen. Guest access You will have the entire home for your use except for some rooms used for storage. The home is inhabited by our family when not rented. We have outdoor security cameras at entry and in rear. Well behaved pets and their responsible owners are welcomed to stay at the house. However, please note this is a midcentury home mostly in its original condition. Our backyard is not fenced in and we do have numerous balconies around the house. Great place to stay for friends or parents visiting U of M for a fun weekend or a sports event. The house is completely redone, furnished, and ready for your stay! The entire house has 4 beds, a blow-up mattress, and plenty of couch space for an additional guest or two. The house is thoroughly cleaned! The space You'll be able to park three cars in the driveway but you are not allowed to park on the grass in the backyard or with your car sticking out into the crosswalk. I have the upstairs tv and downstairs 100"+ projector set up for Netflix, Hulu, and other live tv shows if you wish with instructions on how to use it after reservations are made. I also have a computer downstairs that is available for guests to use for email and other basic needs. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the whole house freely! My only request is to refrain from using the garage and downstairs closet which I use for storage. Thank you!
