The cabin is an authentic log home built in 1970 on 4.75 acres of field and woods and 1/4 mile walk to the lake. Lizzie's Cabin is stunning and well outfitted. There are four bedrooms, two outfitted with full size beds with under storage and closets. Brand new plush carpeting has been installed in every bedroom. The master bedroom is full size with a king size bed. There is one full bath with rain shower and tub upstairs. There is a guest bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed and a full bath with rain shower. One twin bed. Basement with entertaining area as well as a large laundry/storage room. The entertaining area of the basement has a cellar door to access the backyard. The cabin has a beautiful living/family room with gas fireplace and a great kitchen and dining room (the photos really don't do it justice). Lizzie's Cabin is steps from the vibrant town of Canandaigua and fine Finger Lakes living. Located just a 7 minute drive to Bristol Mountain skiing and zip lining or 25 minutes to Premier Outlets. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Twenty minutes to Bristol Mountain Ski Resort. Fifteen to thirty minutes to wine and beer tours! The space 3 bedrooms - very large master (king bed) and bedroom and bathroom with king bed. Two smaller bedrooms (queen and king) with adjacent bathrooms Guest access Entire 1st floor. Four cats live in and come and go from the basement. Guest has no access. Someone stops by every day to pet and feed them. Other things to note Two adult Cats live and play in the basement. They do not have access to the space guests are occupying. This house is an older home on the lake. Please don’t be offended if it is not pristine. The boat and jetski that are at the lakefront in the hoists are not available for guests. Do NOT move them please. There is no hoist available for guests. You may use the dock or a buoy. If you have a larger boat please tie it to the buoy but if it’s smaller you may use the dock. If you use the dock please use bumpers as to not damage the dock or your boat. Any damages made to the dock, ladder, boat or jetski the guest is liable for. This is our family home and we really want other families to enjoy it as well. We had an issue with a guest in the past so we just want to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Canandaigua Lake Access | Fire Pit | 5 Bedrooms

Three minute walk to the beach! "The Place" is a new cottage completed in July 2023 on property owned by the hosts’ family for over four decades. The cottage has an open floor plan. The living room has a smart TV above a gas fireplace. The large kitchen has all you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. The three bedrooms have queen beds. As well, there is a twin bunk, a pull-out sofa bed, and a designated office area. Outside there is a large deck, hammock, and fire pit. Fire wood is provided. The space 'The Place' is a cozy cottage within the Crystal Beach Community, a group of smaller cottages along the east side of Canandaigua Lake, with private community access to the lake for swimming, paddle boarding, or kayaking. The swimming area is a three minute walk from The Place. The area is a quiet walkable neighborhood with a restaurant and grocery/ deli near the cottage. The greater Canandaigua area has many attractions, including the CMAC music venue, wineries, craft breweries, state parks, a water park, farmer's markets, biking and hiking trails. Bristol Mountain Ski Area is only 28 minutes away. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage and yard with two free parking spaces off the road in front of the cottage. Guest also have free access to the community swimming areas and small boat launch area. Self check-in provides easy and safe access to the cottage. Other things to note During warmer months, guests will want to bring sunscreen, and lake shoes (small rocks make up the shoreline so shoes you can wear into the lake are essential). Folding chairs, beach towels, and some lake toys are provided. In the colder months, a gas fireplace brings extra coziness to the heated cottage after a day of skiing or snowshoeing.

Whiteway is a cozy newly renovated family home in a quiet neighborhood with access to Canandaigua Lake only a 5 minute walk away. Our homey 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home has old world charm and all the modern amenities you will need to enjoy your stay with family and friends. It is only a 7 minute drive to Downtown Canandaigua, CMAC, Roseland Waterpark with micro breweries and wineries close by to explore. The space As shown in the pictures above, Whiteway has a covered porch to relax and enjoy the outside. There is also a grill for cooking. We have a full kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, and stock with basic amenities. Pot, pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls and baking utensils and pans. There is a coffee station (coffee and tea provided) and seating for 6. The spacious living room has a gas fireplace and TV with internet. The oversized Master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and Master bath. We provide all the linens and towels, soap, hair dyer and curling iron. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed with a TV and the 3rd bedroom has a trundle pull out bed. The 2nd bath is shared with a tub. We also have a 1/2 bath and a washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board. All you need for an enjoyable stay.
