Tiny home is 12’ tall open plan “Sitting Area” with Kitchenette and the bathroom on lower level (accessed with 2 steps down from patio-please be careful). Sleeping Loft is by 9 steps up. The sleeping loft is NOT a full standing height. It is open to sitting downstairs. The yard has a gas fire pit and finally working again hot tub on upper deck! Guest access Backyard , fire pit, and… as of August 2026 … finally working hot tub!!! Other things to note The space has a full air conditioning unit - cooling only. The large wall unit doesn’t have capability of heating. The remote control indicates heat but the unit provides cooling mode only. The heat is provided only by the space heaters. There is a spare comforter in closet if you get chilly at night.
