Same with hotel-size toiletries (unless I happen to be out, which is rare). Q: When can I check in or check out? A: I will try to accommodate your desired check-in or check-out, but we try to keep it to a 10am checkout and a 4pm check in, however, there is a fee of $100 per hour for early (before 4pm) or late checkout (after 10am). Yes, it is expensive; most of the time we have to hire extra cleaners in order to accommodate your late/early checkin/out requests. Note that early check-ins are not always possible if I have a guest leaving that morning, as I need time to have the room professionally cleaned for you. However, I can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the house will usually be ready by or 4pm at the very latest.
