In the pantry you can find a blender and air fryer as well. In the fridge, we have a filtered water pitcher. Freezer has ice cube trays. 2. Comfortable living area with electric fire place , big screen TV with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Peacock and Sling TV for basic live TV. Lightning fast WiFi (500 mbps). 3. Welcome desk where you will find our welcome page and FAQs with recommendations for local eats and general info on distances to major attractions. Here you will also find board games such as Monopoly, Game of Life, UNO!, checkers/chess. 4. Beautiful and expansive front patio deck and cozy backyard deck. Front Deck has a bridge that takes you directly to the main area right from the front door/porch. Here you will find comfortable patio furniture, large umbrella, with patio furniture. . At night the deck is lit with warm lighting. In addition, our other back yard deck has a patio table for outdoor dining, available hot tub (separate amenity charge). Here you will find the BBQ grill for your use. Backyard has a built in covered pergola the length of the deck with warm lighting to enjoy relaxing evenings out back. Back Yard allow has electric outlets. The front patio deck has an electric outlet so you can plug your devices, or Bluetooth speaker. It can be found at the junction where the bridge enters the main seating area. Front patio also has a propane gas fire pit. 4. Security cameras. 5. Onsite parking for 2 vehicles (standard/compact). Plenty of free side street parking next to the home. Enter through the front motorized gate. You will have a code for the keypad. 6. Dining room and kitchen island has seating for up to 8 guests. 7. Pantry will have cooking basics: salt, canola oil. The kitchen counter top has 20 different spices as well. 8. Our home has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has King size bed with On-Suite Bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a modern bathroom. Both bathrooms are showers. Each bedroom has an air purifier with HEPA filters. 9. In Bedroom 1 you will find a dedicated workspace. It includes a rising computer desk, so you can choose to stand up or sit down while working. We include a 27 inch curved monitor you may hook to your laptop for additional convenience and comfort. The seat is a comfortable ergonomic chair. 10. You will have access to the washer & dryer. We provide complimentary Tide Pods and Fabric Softener. Downtown is just 5 mins away! We are located in a central urban Historic District - Northside Village. Our area is undergoing gentrification. Here you will find a mix of older historic homes - many being revitalized - mixed in with new construction. Do expect to hear and see things common to the big city. This is not a suburban setting. However, one will find that although we are central/minutes from bustling Downtown and the Inner Loop, our area tends to be quiet. Home is not designed for young children. Nestled in one of Houston's friendliest, safest, most walkable neighbourhoods, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom beautifully maintained bungalow comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Fully renovated, you will find high end appliances and furnishings throughout. Enjoy a cowboy pool and ample outdoor seating, perfect for soaking in the Houston weather. Find everything you need within walking distance - local cafes, parks, dining, and shops - while also being under 10 minutes from downtown! The space We have a beautifully restored and renovated bungalow located in the prestigious Norhill Heights neighborhood. It has three spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom has a dual shower head walk-in steam shower and the other has a lovely clawfoot tub/shower combo depending on your preference. There is a covered deck on the front and back of the house - the front boasting a swing chair and lounge chairs while the back deck has a dining table and chairs. There is also an 8 foot cowboy pool with heater and chiller along with full length sun loungers in the grass and a multi-seat area to the side of the backyard. There is truly something for everyone! We have a modern, updated kitchen with high end stove, double oven and oversized fridge. There is also a Bosch dishwasher and a microwave. Coffee maker, grinder and kettle are also included, as well as an array of pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is a king, queen and full bed, all with extra comfortable mattresses and plentiful pillows of different type, depending on your preference. There is a small treadmill and work space in the room with the double bed. Also provided is a stretch mat. There is air conditioning, water purification, full size washer/dryer, WiFi internet, Apple TV and streaming services available. Walkability is also a huge draw to this property. Norhill park is located at the end of the street and is popular with families and local dog walkers. A secure attached garage for your convenience and fenced backyard, front deck with patio sitting as well as a back deck with outdoor dining... and tons more. 3rd bedroom is a flexible room with a trundle bed that allows for room to be converted to a dedicated office if preferred or be used at a bedroom with large queen trundle bed pulled down.
