The Garage has been converted into a Movie Theatre/Game Room. This 700 Sqft area has an 85 inch TV where you can sit down on large couches and watch movies. Per the City of Palm Springs (strictly enforced so that we all have a good time while respecting the neighbors) There can be absolutely no music played outside during your stay, and any music played indoors should not be heard outdoors (this applies to any vacation rental in Palm Springs) The maximum number of overnight guests for our property is 8 people. Daytime visitors are allowed, with a maximum of 4 extra people, 12 total at any time up until 10pm. The maximum number of cars that can be parked at our property at any time is 4. All stays under 29 days are subject to City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 12.5% (Our TOT Permit # is PS / City ID# ). The Familiar Modern includes 4 beach cruiser bicycles for easy transport to all that Palm Springs has to offer. Its core shopping district along Palm Canyon Drive features vintage boutiques, interior design shops, restaurants and Tiki bars. The surrounding Coachella Valley offers hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, backyard and the two car garage. Two additional cars can fit in the driveway. All exterior doors have smart locks and a custom door code will be sent to you shortly before your self check in. Hot tub heating is included. The pool is available to be heated to 87F for an additional charge of $100/day with a 2 day minimum. Heated jacuzzi only is $150 per night City Permit # 4098 CITY OF PALM SPRINGS As a reminder, excessive noise (Palm Springs Municipal Code 5.25.070 (f)) and amplified music (Palm Springs Municipal Code 5.25.070(g)) is not allowed outside of the Vacation Rental unit.  Music heard at the property line (including music coming from inside of the home) is a violation of the Vacation Rental Ordinance.  Guests in violation of the code will be issued a fine in the amount of $500.00.  Additionally, this violation will count as a STRIKE toward the RENTAL PERMIT. After 3 strikes RENTAL PERMIT will be suspended for 2 years. There isn’t a curfew time for music or loud noises “NO MUSIC OUTSIDE OR LOUD NOISES ”are permitted anytime of the day! No warnings will be given when they come from the city of Palm Springs you will get a $500 ticket.
