This new construction home is just a 4 minute walk and two blocks from a long stretch of beautiful sandy beaches ready for exploring! The house sleeps 8 adults comfortably. The space Main level living includes a large, open floor plan. The living room features a propane fireplace, large sectional and vaulted ceilings, all open to the dining area and kitchen. You will find a cozy and relaxing atmosphere while you watch your favorite show or movie on the 65" curved TV. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and private en suite bathroom. Additionally you will find two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. On those pleasant summer days, relax on the back deck while dinner is cooking on the oversized stainless steel BBQ. High end finishes include granite counter tops, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. Upstairs, you'll find an oversized loft room and full size, private bathroom. Loft features a full size bed, twin bed, and queen hide-a-bed sofa with a memory foam mattress. This provides a great space for kids to hang out and watch a movie from our collection or Netflix or play video games on the Xbox 1s or Wii. Start a load of sheets in the washing machine if you are able. All dirty towels should also be put in the laundry room. The primary has a king-size bed with a private bathroom that has a double vanity and a two-person tile shower. Two guest bedrooms make this home's sleeping options easy to accommodate family and friends. The first guest room has a queen-size bed, and the second guest bedroom features two sets of twin-size bunk beds. There is another full bath upstairs for the two rooms to share and a half bath on the main floor. Most homes require guests to be at least 24 years old.  Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.
