Rule violations or leaving the hot tub in an excessively dirty state so that future guests can't enjoy it next will result in a $330 fine, which is the cost of a deep cleaning service. *Pets: We love animals and you are welcome to bring up to 2, well-behaved pets with you. The backyard is fully-fenced in, so they are free to run around. We provide water / food bowls, dog poop baggies, "pooper scooper" jaws, and one medium-sized bed. Animals are not allowed on any of the furniture, including beds, sofas, or chairs to prevent spreading dog hair. Do not leave your pets unattended at home. Outside of the fenced-in backyard, any animals must be leashed while on the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors and prevent excessive barking.
