The space This home is located in the highly sought-after Tan Tar A Estates, the private housing section of the Margaritaville gated community. Enjoy access to two pools, and convenient (guest paid) access to all the Margaritaville activates including Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, Fin City Arcade & Bowling, Mini-Golf, The Oaks Golf Course, Horseback Riding, boat slip rentals, WaveRunner rentals, paddle boat rentals and access to multiple pools and restaurants including Landshark Bar & Grill. Kitchen and Dining Area The open concept kitchen area features gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with seating for four, and a dining room just off of the kitchen with floor to ceiling windows and a table that seats eight. There are sliding glass doors that lead onto the screened porch which has a table and seating for six. Living Room In the living area there is a couch, a loveseat, two recliners and a 85 inch flat screen TV, and sliding doors that lead onto the balcony with views of the lake while lounging. There is also an additional table with seating for six. Master Suite The Master Suite is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, walk in closet, 65 in flat screen TV, recliner, a dresser, and sliding doors that lead out onto the balcony. The attached master bathroom has a large soaking tub, spacious walk-in shower and a double vanity with light up mirrors. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features two king-size beds, nightstands, 65 in flat screen TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, seating area with table and sliding doors that open onto the balcony. The attached bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features two king size beds, nightstands, mini fridge, coffee maker, dresser, 65 in flat screen TV, seating area with table, sliding doors that open onto the balcony and an attached bathroom with single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. The Lodge at Margaritaville is a spacious 6-bedroom home is designed for large groups seeking the perfect Lake of the Ozarks retreat (sleeps 18). The home comes fully stocked with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay plus a pool table/ping pong table. Outside, you’ll find a large dock with one covered slip (10ft x 28ft) plus free space to tie up a second boat on the side. A swim platform with a lily pad make it easy to enjoy the lake. Neighborhood pool is just a block away. The space The Home This spacious Margaritaville retreat features 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, perfect for large groups or families. Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a connected bathroom, while a convenient bedroom and full bath are located on the main entry floor. The main level hosts the kitchen and living room, making it easy to gather, cook, and relax together. For entertainment, the main area also includes a pool table/ping pong table, offering fun for all ages. The home spans three levels, with several decks to enjoy lake views and outdoor living. While there are only a few steps to enter the home, please note that there are many steps leading down to the dock. At the water’s edge, you’ll find great swimming right off the dock and a lily pad provided for extra lake fun. Parking is available for up to 5-6 vehicles. There is a community pool one block down the drive that is open from 10am-10pm. It does require a code to enter. Margaritaville pool is free to all and has swim up bars. Other Things to Note: -Reservation holder must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire stay. -Check-in details will be sent 3 days before your arrival. -No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking (including damage, paraphernalia, or debris) will result in forfeiture of the deposit plus additional cleaning/damage fees. Neighborhood Highlights: Margaritaville Estates, located at mile marker 26, is ideal for those who prefer a more private, spacious, and calm environment compared to the typical hotel stay. Enjoy peaceful walks, fish from the dock, or cool off in one of the two community pools within the Estates. Guests also have access to the public areas of Margaritaville Resort (except Fins Up! Indoor Pool, Fitness Center, and Tradewinds Outdoor Pool). Perfect Lakefront Vacation House near Margaritaville The space Outstanding 5 bedroom house with an additional 3 sets of bunk beds in the amazing “Kid's Zone” that can comfortably sleep 14 people. Perfectly located within a few miles from Margaritaville in Osage Beach. Let's begin with Captain Jack's suite room, named after the owner's grandfather that was a Captain in the Coast Guard way back when. You will even find a few pictures and his wheel hanging in this room. Captain Jack's suite offers a queen bedroom with a full bathroom and flat screen TV, just perfect for grandma and grandpa. The 2nd bedroom is a king suite with a full bathroom and flat screen TV. The 3rd and 4th queen bedrooms on this floor have an amazing view of the lake and their own deck to sit out and relax and enjoy that morning coffee. Bedroom 5 has a twin size over full bunk bed set just right for the little ones. 3 out of the 5 bedrooms are en suite, having an adjoining bathroom!! This floor also offers the laundry area and another full bathroom. Now, let’s go downstairs where you will find a newly remodeled kitchen, dining room and living room and half bath, plus an extra refrigerator in the pantry. This house offers cable TV and Smart TVs to stream on as well. There is plenty of room for everyone to hang out! But who wants to hang out inside when you have the fabulous outside space this house has to offer. The back deck is very spacious with lots of room for dining, barbequing and just relaxing. Lots of yard space to bring yard games or just let the kids play. The dock is spectacular with 2 slips for your use. Slip 1 is 12' x 31' and slip 2 is 10' x 20'. The dock has a swim ladder, Lily Pad, and picnic table available for your use as well. This house sits in back of a cove perfect for swimming and relaxing on your raft without worrying about all those boats flying by. We saved the best for 's enter the “KID'S ZONE”, a perfect hangout for the teenagers or just the kids at heart. The “KID'S ZONE” is connected by the front walkway in a building by itself and has a queen sofa sleeper and THREE twin over full bunk beds with additional trundles under each bed. You can sleep 14 out here comfortably and all in beds. This area has a 70” flat screen TV with cable and streaming, an air hockey table, shuffle board table and an old favorite, a Ms. Pac Man machine, and refrigerator for drinks. Don’t worry about parking as we have plenty. You can fit 5-6 cars in the driveway at the house plus right around the corner there is additional parking for more vehicles in front of the garage. We have a path from this garage back to the house and it's well-lit at night too. This house sits at the 22 ½ mm on the water, close to Red Head Yacht Club, Margaritaville, and Shorty Pants just to name a few of our favorites. This house has it all for the absolute best family vacation offering something for everyone. Area attractions, restaurants, marinas and nightlife make this perfect choice for you next lake getaway! The space Located at mile marker 13 in Sunrise Beach's one and only, “Porto Cima”, your luxury home is in a prime location among the most beautiful homes and landscape the lake has to offer! Your private home includes a sleeping arrangement of 5 king beds, a bunk room equipped with 2 custom queen over queen built-in bunk beds, a pullout queen sleeper sofa, and 2 queen-sized air mattresses, allowing to sleep 24 people! This open floor plan allows for a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area on the main level. When you step out onto the upper deck, the outside space is just as open as the inside. Our massive deck features a 7 seater light up bar, a "stone" couch and two chair pods, and two rocker chairs and a rocking bench. Right off the bottom deck is an amazing 12,000-gallon heated saltwater pool with a beautiful waterfall feature and a swim-up edge overlooking the lake, fire pit on the lower patio, and our lakeside 3 hole putting green. While you enjoy the pool, there are noodles and other pool toys located on the bottom deck for your convenience. Surrounding the pool you will have options to either lounge back in one of the reclining pool chairs or gather around our 10 foot dining table with friends and family. While Missouri has many warm and sunny days, we too have a summer season. The pool will be winterized from October to March, so please confirm with us if the pool will be open if you are planning to use it! While our pool is heated, if temps drop below 60 degrees it may not be able to keep the temps as toasty as one may want. However, our Jacuzzi Spa operates no matter what temperature it is. Whether it is the middle of winter or just a cool Summer night, you can enjoy the view of the lake from the spa located on the upper pool deck. Decide the sun is too hot today? No problem. Step inside and enjoy our action-packed arcade and video game room. There are approximately 40 stairs to get from the house down to your private dock. You can either rent a boat nearby or bring your own. The boat slip can store up to a 9’ wide by 28’ long boat. There is off street parking for comfortably two vehicles at the property. If you need to park additional vehicles and/or trailers, there is overflow parking at either of the two community pools at the Tan Tar A Estates; this parking is free to use. The Kitchen features soft-close cabinetry and Quartz countertops which open to the dining room and living room so is great for entertainment. The kitchen comes fully stocked and includes plates, silverware, cups, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, blender, etc. There are also cooking pots and pans, a small sized crockpot, skillet, regular coffee pot and Keurig for your use. The living room has an oversized sectional couch and 55” Smart Roku TV with WiFi connection. We have both local cable and app access via the smart TV. Our WiFi is suitable for laptop use if working away from home. Also on the main floor is a pool table, darts, board games, and a Pac-Man Arcade machine fun for the whole family.
