Bring your fur babies & experience amazing sunsets, a family & pet friendly coastal town, a gorgeous beach, & a home that has everything you need to make your stay a relaxing one. "Lattitude Adjustment" is literally a 2 minute walk to the beautiful sands of St. Joe Beach. Our home is immaculately decorated and is 3 bed/2 bath, sleeps 8 & offers an open floorplan including a well stocked kitchen. We love animals & have also included some extra special amenities for your fur babies. The space This newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath home sleeps 7 comfortably and offers an open floorplan including a well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook including all new appliances. Other kitchen amenities include a 10 cup Keurig coffee pot, a single serve coffee maker that uses coffee pods, crock pot, blender, Lobster pot, casserole dishes, wine/bar glasses and the list goes on. The master bedroom although private, opens to the screened in porch and has a very comfortable king size mattress with an attached separate bathroom that offers a double vanity which makes it easier for two to get dressed. There are two other bedrooms. One bedroom with bunk beds that sleep three with a double mattress on the bottom and twin on top. The third bedroom has a queen mattress and large closet and is right outside of the second bathroom. For that extra guest, a double size air mattress is provided. All linens and towels are furnished and there is a new washing machine and dryer set located in the kitchen area. Extra special touches are being added but currently include Smart TV’s in every bedroom, a pak-n-play, extra blankets & pillows, puzzles & board games, 4 wheel beach carrier, coolers, beach toys, a gas grill and just about anything you need to feel at home. There is one child size bike now, but we will be adding other bikes. Enjoy the firepit area in the private, fenced in backyard or relax in the front patio where you can easily hear the sounds of the beach. And to top it off, because we love animals, we have also included some special thoughts for your fur babies including pet beds, leashes, toys and treats. $35 a night for first pet, $10 extra per pet after that Maximum of three pets. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more! The unique rootball dining room table seats six and three additional stools at the kitchen island.  This entire area has two bay windows providing vast views of the Gulf and is perfect for entertaining in both dining and living area. Down the hall you will find the Queen bedroom and the bunk room with a twin over full. Both rooms have plenty of space and dressers for your belongings. The Queen room also has a flat screen television. Sitting in the middle of these two rooms, is the hall bath with a walk-in shower. From this main hallway you can access a beautiful spiral staircase that will take you out to the covered carport. The carport has plenty of space for parking, up to four cars. The carport also has a seating/dining area for four. The large bottom deck has two loungers, a hammock and a fish cleaning station.  Also on the main level is a spacious deck with a dining table with seating for six, a lounger and two additional chairs. From this deck you can access the down stairs carport area and the boardwalk complete with an outdoor shower. Ascending up the interior stairs is the master suite. Complete with a King bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, double vanity sink, and a separate room with toilet and custom 7 foot walk-in shower with bench. Off of the master bath is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The master suite also has it's own private balcony with two chairs to enjoy the Gulf front.  If there is a rainy day, the Herring House has flat screen smart tv's with Hulu & local channels. The Herring House is a within a block from Shipwreck Raw Bar and a 10 minutes from down town Port St Joe with many local shops, boutiques and great restaurants. Need to get some work done or do a wash during your stay? No problem - we have lots of space in the common areas for setting up a laptop, and a washer/dryer can be found in the home as well. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of 2 outdoor sheds. There is ample parking for cars as well as a boat or RV. There is also a free golf cart guests may use. Other things to note *Please be sure to read over our house rules before booking. *Our golf cart is available to use with a signed waiver. Please note that golf carts are NOT allowed to cross Hwy 98. Please let owner know when you have signed the waiver found on our website. We will then give code to keys to golf cart. *Our pet fee is $150 for up to 3 pets. *Our home is fully fenced in which works great for pets. We offer dog shampoo and dog towels so that guests can rinse dogs in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Our pet guests also get a dog bed and dog couch cover so that they can take an awesome nap after playing all day. *VRBO and direct booking cancelations will incur credit card fees of 4% of total booking.
