Perfect location for wine tasting and touring the beautiful Pacific NW. A unique opportunity to stay on a newly planted small vineyard in your own private suite. Enjoy your very own 1st floor living quarters. The property is also located on a small farm. You will enjoy your own entry with two private bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), living room and private bathroom. Basic kitchen set up -NO oven. The space can easily sleep 4 (6 includes an air mattress). No smoking allowed in the suite. The space Completely private space on the 1st floor living quarters of our home. Private entry, living room, 2 bedroom (1 king bed, and 1 queen bed) and private bathroom. Wifi and cable TV included. NOTE: The basic kitchen amenities are located in the queen room, a little awkward but made available if guests are in need of these amenities, there is NO oven (microwave, mini fridge, toaster, electric burner and skillet are available). Queen air bed is available if needed for children or added guests. The space includes a bistro table with seating for two. We have extra stools available upon request. Families and children of any age are welcome. Guest access Downstairs first floor which includes private living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The space has a basic kitchen - NO oven. Ariniello Vineyard has expansive front and back decks that are open to guests to enjoy the beautiful evenings during the summer months (availability dependent on weather). The room has details on many vineyards in the area and activities throughout Portland. We are the perfect place to stay to enjoy the heart of wine country. Other things to note Our home is a small young private vineyard (Ariniello Vineyard proud members of the Chehalem Mountain AVA) and olive orchard with 10 acres on Parrett Mountain, many farms and vineyards in the area. If arriving at night you will want to navigate with a GPS. Our next door neighbor has goats which can be heard occasionally.

Your rooms are separated from the rest of the home that we live in by a barn door and you have your own private entrance. We invite you to walk around the farm to pick and enjoy any ripe fruits and vegetables available. The space The space includes a kitchenette, Nespresso coffee, tea, and some snacks included. Microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and hot water kettle. Guest access The entrance to the space is on the back deck. We will meet you at your arrival time and check you in.

Nestled atop Parrett Mountain is our countryside barn ready for you to enjoy! Conveniently located to many vineyards, and a picturesque drive to close by cities. This space offers a fully stocked kitchen and plush bedding (1 Queen/ 1 Double). Come and slow down with our rural pace of life, unique accommodations and say hi to the mini cows. Check out our photos to imagine yourself in this peaceful paradise. The space Farms and nature abound in this rural setting. Come and see our mini-Highlander cows, Mildred (the cinnamon beauty) and Myrtle (our black and white diva) as they happily roam the pasture just beyond the barn deck. (While they won't be crashing your space, feel free to admire them from the fence—but please stay on your side :) They're sweet and docile, but with those budding long horns and head-swinging moves, it's best to keep things at a friendly distance. Sorry, guests are not welcome in the cow’s pasture for safety reasons. At feeding time, you'll see us hauling hay from the stall to the field. The hay feeder is right by the fence, so feel free to come say hi when we're out there doing our "chores." It's our cows' favorite part of the day! Inside this converted barn offers an open concept kitchen, large farm table and Bertazzoni range. The sleeping accommodations include: 1 Queen Parachute/ 1 Double Casper mattresses. A tree lined porch can provide the perfect spot for your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine. This space lends itself to be a romantic getaway, a friend's gathering, or a solitude retreat with ease. This large studio is adjoined to the restroom and shower area via an outdoor breezeway. The concrete barn floors create a natural cooling for the summer and the wood burning stove is the only source of heat for the winter. The Airbnb is below a permanent tenant and on the same 20 acre parcel as the owner. Guest access The barn is located on the North side of the property and it is the smaller of the two structures that are on the property. 2 designated parking spots are available between the barn and the road side of the property and a sign marks the parking site. Lock box will provide a key for independent access. Other things to note Our unique shower with rainfall shower head, has exposed flooring to the vegetation below giving you an indoor/outdoor bathing experience. The toilet room and shower are accessed via the stall breezeway and the toilet room has its own thermostat. (Please note the hay is stored on the opposite end of the toilet/shower and this is where we grab our hay from) There is a curtain in place for visual privacy. During the winter months the only source of heat is the wood stove. We provide a wood starting kit and are more than happy to help you start your fire. The first fire starter kit is free, after that there is a $5 fee per duraflame log. There is a friendly cat who loves our guests and will beg you to come inside to visit. However, our “Fluffball” is a barn cat and needs to be kept outside. Thank you for understanding.

The daylight basement is a fully functioning home with 5 (6 when needed) uniquely decorated private rooms nestled on 25 acres on the outskirts of wine country. It has its own kitchen, living, 2 bathrooms, game room with pool table, and a movie room. Welcome to this 700 sqft studio, a converted barn nestled in a peaceful 5-acre property. The up cycled wood from the original barn in the walls and beams adds a modern farmhouse look to this open space. The perfect spot to rest, relax and enjoy nature. We live in the home next to the barn and could be available to greet if you so desire. Happy to give you privacy as well. We own three friendly dogs. The space Come and enjoy the Pacific Northwest in this converted barn studio. Sip your morning coffee overlooking beautiful trees, and relax in the evening with your favorite beverage hearing the birds chirp. We live on the home next to the barn, and you're welcome to use the fire pit (when there is no fire ban established by local authorities). Guest access Once you enter the property, drive towards the red barn. The entrance to the studio barn is in the back, so drive on gravel road located on the left of the barn and towards the back. Other things to note Please note the studio does not have a full kitchen nor washer/dryer. In addition to the bunk beds for up to three guests, we have an extra twin mattress that can be made available for you (for one additional guest). Please let us know before your arrival if this is an option you're interested in, so we can accommodate your needs.
