The space A nice little one bedroom single wide with queen size memory foam mattress, with a queen size memory foam pullout bed in the living room. Family style bench seating in the kitchen or chairs and table available outside. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire space, yard and deck. Parking is in the rear on N Corbin. Corbin is a dirt road which is well maintained, no more than 200 yards. There is additional parking in the front by the shed, but please be careful as there is a septic clean out cap there.

This is a peaceful and centrally-located cabin in Bayview Idaho. It’s 5 blocks to the public boat ramp on Lake Pend Oreille. 1 Block to miles and miles of hiking trails in historic Farragut State Park. A 10 minute drive to Silverwood Theme Park. 25 minutes to Coeur d’Alene. 35 minutes to Sandpoint and 57 minutes to skiing at Schweitzer Mountain. Not to mention the thousands of square miles of public outdoor space that North Idaho has to offer. The space This one bedroom cottage is located in the small quiet community of Bayview. The king size bed is located in the back portion of the house and the pull out sofa bed and a queen size bed are located in the living room area in front of the television. The bathroom is just off the living room and the kitchen and dining area are located in the front portion of the cottage. The dimensions are 20‘ x 32‘ for a total of 640sq ft. Guest access The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. It is not suitable for parties or excessive noise. There is plenty of parking at the property and the neighborhood is great for walking, biking or driving. Other things to note As noted, there is no Wi-Fi at this location there is also no cable television. There is a television with a good selection of DVDs. Because we don’t live on the premises we ask that guests bring their own bedding and help us out by preparing the cabin for the next guests upon check out. We do not charge a cleaning fee so we expect the guests to leave the cabin as it were when they arrived.

The space This listing is 1/2 of a duplex condo accessible via an outdoor stairway leading from the on street parking. The unit itself is two stories with living areas on the entry level and sleeping arrangements on the floor below. All of which indicates the ability to navigate stairs is imperative. Our kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and common appliances. This level also includes a breakfast counter for two and a dining booth that seats 5. The sleeping arrangements are a queen size bed for the adults and a futon suitable for children or small individuals. In addition, there is a large comfortable couch in the living area that could serve for sleeping if necessary. There is a small deck on the upper level with an electric barbecue and a pub table where you can enjoy the view while drinking your coffee and maybe watching a Sunday morning sailboat race. The lower floor also has a larger deck that has outdoor lounging furniture with a fire table and an umbrella covered dining table for you to enjoy your lunch or alfresco dinner. Guest access The entire unit is yours to enjoy during your stay. The small deck and outdoor space on the street side of the condo is also for your enjoyment. However, please note that due to the steep terrain the lakeside areas are designated as not accessible to residents or guests. There is a DVD available for you if you wish to rent movies. There is a refrigerator and stove in the apartment. No pets allowed and please no shoes on the carpet. Most importantly, relax and enjoy your stay. Guest access As far as the apartment, it's all yours. Please feel free to explore the trails and state land to the North and West of the the property. Your welcome to sit and enjoy the views of Lake Pend Oreille from the cliff behind our home. Feel free to sit on the log there and absorb God's beautiful creation. There is internet TV at Shadow Lodge. It has two separate bedrooms, a pullout couch in the living room, and two bathrooms. All your necessities are available including kitchen supplies, paddleboards, kayaks, beach towels, washing machine and dryer. Boat access: You may moore your boat out in front of the house to our dock for the day. Unfortunately, overnight mooring is not allowed. BUT you can rent a slip, most likely behind the floathouse, in the marina right behind the floathouse. currently the cost is 75.00 dollars per day and 450.00 dollars per week. There is a gate code to get onto the dock and a little walk to get from the gate to our house. A cart can be found at the side of the house for you to transport your food and luggage to and from your car. There is one free parking spot available with our personal permit which needs to be placed visibly in your car. Parking permits for additional vehicles must be obtained from the Marina office for $5 per day, or you will need to find public parking. There's some local dining options just a couple blocks away near the marina including a seasonal floating restaurant. With local hiking trails, the lake, Farragut State Park, or Silverwood, you won't be disappointed with the endless activities here in Bayview. Winter season - sledding trails & Schweitzer Ski Resort. Note: NON PET FRIENDLY HOME The space This peaceful oasis has a King Bed Owners suite, attached private bathroom with a two person vanity and a oversized closet. Then, a beachy themed Queen Bed with a TV and ROKU to stream endless shows. Lastly, a Bigfoot inspired Bunk Bed room with a full size bottom bunk and a twin sized top bunk not just suited for children, can definitely accommodate the older folks too. All bedrooms have Black Out shades for no light interruption for the light sleepers. The Living Room: A large sectional with a wall mounted 55 in TV, ROKU streaming to watch all the Netflix or Spectrum Cable TV channels. Also stocked with family board games and puzzles. Kitchen: A well stocked kitchen with a small coffee bar including a Keurig coffee pot for single cups of coffee to enjoy along with individual vanilla creamer packs and tea pouches. But, if you prefer to brew a large pot, we have that included. All the essential kitchen tools are provided with Knifes, Pots and Pans, Cookie Sheets, Flour, Sugar, Toaster, Crock Pot, Air Fryer, Mixing Bowls, bottle openers etc. Mud Room: This includes a full size Washer & Dryer Unit and plenty of hanging space for wet swimsuits, towels and space for shoes and those flip flops. This is where you can hang jackets for rainy days or sweaters or any extras you may have packed for your vacation. We are also 38 miles to Schweitzer ski resort. Bring your snow shoes for local hiking trails. Farragut State Park is just around the corner to excellent hiking trails or for a beach access if wanting to lounge with the family with a spectacular view of largest lake in Idaho, Lake Pend Oreille. Also, Silverwood Theme Park is a short 10 minute drive for a fun filled day on roller coasters or the waterpark. This home is just four walkable blocks to the Marina, restaurants and bars or the Mercantile store if you have any last minute items you may have forgotten to bring. Super One is 6 miles away and on the way to the house if you need to do a bigger shopping trip. Athol also has several food options including Sweet Lou's and Athol Pizza. Taverna, The Captains Wheel, and Ralph’s (great coffee/ breakfast/ice cream option) are open all year long for dining, then Memorial Day through Labor Day, you can dine at the floating restaurant (pictured) for a beautiful view of the sail boats and eat a delicious meal out. Location! Fantastic Views Overlooking the Center of Bayview! You won't want to miss out on this property located 400 feet from 47 miles of Farragut State Park hiking trails. This property is easily accessible and only 10 miles from Silverwood Theme Park. Located right in between Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint to explore what North Idaho has to offer. The home is themed for your enjoyment. The upper level is the nautical. The lower level is the great outdoors. Great memories await you here! The space What you can expect as our guest. One of our reviews describes it best. "Bayview, our new home away from home, what an amazing vacation spot! This was our first time in Idaho and we couldn’t have picked a better home to stay in. Check in was easy, we had no problem finding the house, or getting in, the hosts let us pick our own door lock combination, which was great. The views are breathtaking, and the home and location are spectacular. The house has two floors that can be rented separately, or together, we rented the whole house. While staying there we really felt like we were at home. The house was fully stocked, there are amenities in every bathroom, baskets of snacks, and a cute note from the hosts along with a complimentary bottle of wine! The kitchen had spices, dishes, pots and pans, which we used to cook. Both floors had a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board. We had a blast using the pool table that can be converted to a ping-pong table. There was also an XBOX and board games to keep us busy when we stayed in, it was great. The rental is in an ideal location for a vacation, everything is close by including a market, gas station, restaurants, the highway, and down the street is the entrance to Faragut State Park, where Beaver Beach is located. The state park offers activities including camping, hiking, a boating dock, swimming, and a park within the park, called Tree Top Adventure Park, which offers Zip Lining! We love to hike and there are two trails only a few steps away from the driveway, which we took advantage of and enjoyed a nice stroll in the evening. The hosts also provided travel pamphlets, which is how we discovered Tree Top Adventure Park, and Silverwood Theme and Water Park. The house is facing Lake Pend Oreille, so whether you are in the kitchen, living room, or master bedroom, on either floor, you have a gorgeous view of the lake. There is also a balcony on both floors we enjoyed during the day, and at night to star gaze. Communication with hosts Steven and Megan was great, they were very professional and made us feel right at home. The house was clean, beds are extremely comfortable, everything we would want or need in a vacation rental was provided. The views from every part of the house were breathtaking. All I can say is WOW, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Bayview, what a great vacation it was, I would highly recommend this rental, and we are definitely coming back!"
