Gunter's Loft has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The loft is located in downtown Guntersville convenient to several restaurants. The historic building was built in 1930. The airbnb is located on the second level, so there is a separate entrance and exit for guest. The downstairs is a Spa owned by cultivated beauty. The arcade area is where guest can watch TV and play video games. There are 4 bedrooms, 9 beds, 4 TV's, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked. The space This is a very spacious Airbnb, due to an open concept and 2500 square feet of living space. Plenty of room to park. The upstairs is an Airbnb and the bottom is a spa. We are only a few blocks from the Rock House restaurant, so guest can drink or enjoy a nice walk. The dining room has a 10 foot table, so you can eat with a large group of friends. The internet is high speed 600 mbs, so it is very fast for our guest. The downstairs is occupied by a medical spa, so guest can plan a relaxing stay at Gunters Loft and visit the Spa on the first floor. 75” inch TV in the living room. The layout is a Jack Jill. Guest access Guests have a separate entrance to the entire upstairs and the downstairs foyer. Other things to note Guests can park anywhere in the front of the building. One car may park in the back by the steps. No parking for boats. Minimum booking age requirement is 25. $500 fine if guests smoke or vape anywhere inside of the property. Smoking or vaping is only permitted outside of the property. Absolutely no parties or events. If we get notified or suspect a party, your reservation will be cancelled, Airbnb will be notified and you will be asked to leave the property.

Main level has shiplap on the ceilings and walls, views of Lake Guntersville that will take your breath away from the open floorplan kitchen/living room. The large kitchen offers a granite covered island as well as a dining table that can fit the whole family. After stepping outside onto your family sized covered deck you can sit and relax on your patio furniture or grill on the propane, charcoal grill/smoker if you choose. Just off the deck you can fish or take a swim off the pier that leads to the boathouse with an upper deck that will maximize your views of the sun setting behind the mountains and reflecting off the deep Lake which will give you day or evening cruises all year long. If a fire on the outdoor fireplace is what you and the kiddos are after we have that as well as a sitting area while you roast your marshmallows. There are so many more amenities that await you, come on over and enjoy your piece of paradise. Guest access There is a driveway that can accommodate at least 4 full size vehicles with overflow parking on the street. Other things to note We also have box fans in the closet for each room, some of us need a fan to sleep. Fishermen, there are boat launches 1/8 mile away. Plus 4 comfy beds and pull out bed in the couch. Notebook and large amount of information is in the house as your guide to exploration, restaurants, shopping and more. Just bring your clothes, groceries and your favorite fishing pole! Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy, private and in a great quiet location to do so much around the lake, our town and the surrounding area. Or just relax and watch the sunset over the lake from the front porch. Electronic lock on front door allows for easy access. Lot is flat and easy to 3 park boats/trucks with outdoor flood lights for those early morning launches. Notebook and large amount of information is in the house as your guide to exploration, restaurants, shopping and more. Front door access has 5 steps up to porch and back door access has 3 steps to back porch. The house is level with no stairs. There is a large 'boaters bin' in the house with old towels to wipe down your boat, lake maps and an extra extension cord in case you forget yours! Don't hesitate to call us if you need anything! Other things to note Neighborhood is older, well established and sought after area of Guntersville. If you're bringing a boat, don't hesitate to stop road traffic to back your boat into the driveway. Sunset Drive is used to stopping for boats, and take your time...it's a lake town!

3 bedroom 2 bathroom log cabin nestled within Guntersville City limits -Less than half a mile from Sunset Beach and scenic walking trails -Multiple public boat launches nearby -Located close to many restaurants, fast food options, downtown shops, and the new City Harbor development -Publix only 1 mile away The space Log cabin recently renovated. The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 7 people-- it's equipped with various board games, wi-fi, a dedicated work space, smart TVs (with Roku) in all bedrooms, a washer and dryer, and a pack 'n play + high chair (linens not provided for pack ‘n play). The kitchen is well-stocked and comes with a starter set (enough to get you through the first 24 hours or so) of dish soap, scrub sponge, dishwasher detergent pods, and trash bags. The kitchen includes an induction stovetop. There are 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and a pull out queen sofa bed. The first floor queen bedroom has a stand up shower stall in the attached bathroom. The second floor queen bedroom has a soaker tub by the window within the room and a toilet closet. Both bathrooms come with a hair dryer and starter set (enough to get you through the first 24 hours or so) of shampoo, conditioner, and bar of soap. *The only way to access the restrooms is through each of the queen bedrooms.* *Due to the size of the soaker tub upstairs, it can take 15+ minutes to fill up to a desirable level.* The backyard space is private and includes a firepit, adirondack chairs, and a propane grill. The driveway has space for several cars, a covered carport for at least one vehicle, and a gravel space in the front of the cabin to back in a small boat/trailer. Please be advised that the initial part of the driveway is steep, along with part of the road leading up to our driveway. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except the 2 locked storage areas outside and 2 small supply closets inside, for owner use only. Other things to note For our guests’ safety, exterior floodlights turn on automatically every night at sundown. Fireplace instructions will be sent upon request. Do not run the fireplace when in a different room or if exiting the home, it must be tended to at all times. Do not run the air conditioning while the fireplace is in use. A fee will be charged if this occurs. ALL STAYS will sign a quick rental agreement, sent upon reservation confirmation. Any stays 28 days or longer will require an additional Short Term Stay Agreement to be signed via DocuSign, in addition to the reservation through AirBnB. I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake. The space Located at Lake Shore Island on Guntersville Lake. Just north of Downtown and City Harbor in Guntersville. Great for fishermen, hunters, golfers and families. Two bedrooms, two baths, kitchenette and living room in first level private apartment. Master bedroom has king size bed and sleeper couch. Second bedroom has queen size bed. Living room has sleeper couch, couch that reclines and 48" flat screen TV. Kitchenette has full size fridge, microwave/convection oven, toaster oven, crock pot, coffee maker, hot water kettle, large griddle (no stove) and dining table (expands to seat 8). Two double sliding doors open to views of lake. Large covered patio has grill, dining table and patio table with additional seating. Large fire pit with supplied wood. Secure boat parking with electrical hookups on site. All columns and posts were trees from the property that were recycled. I did a lot of the work myself from designing, to debarking trees, and installing the walls and flooring. Boat launch across the street. Downtown Guntersville is a 3 minute drive south across the bridge filled with restaurants, coffee shops consignment shops, boutique shops and antique stores. The City Harbor has restaurants, and Home Re-decor Shop with fabulous views of the lake. Guest access I can meet you or give you entry instructions before arrival.
