Welcome to your home away from home. The Seaside Siesta offers a quiet escape just a short golf cart or bike ride from the beach in Naturewalk at Seagrove. Naturewalk has it all: nature trails, outdoor fire pits, grills, basketball courts, beach volleyball, a playground, three separate pools (1 specifically for the little ones) and so much more. The space Seaside Siesta is a beautiful 2 story home with 2 spa inspired master suites, a large open kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 patios each with porch swings, and 2 other bedrooms. Guest access The whole home is yours Other things to note There are 2 ring doorbells on the property, one on the front door and the other on the back door. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 28 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to weather conditions. Travel insurance is especially recommended during Florida’s Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. This home has a STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY. This includes inside and outside the home, including both the front and back porch. Pets must be pre-approved prior to checkin. There is a $75 per pet fee for approved pets.

This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking.  Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 7-minute bike to public beach access. Important Things to Know No pets Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions.. No Smoking  Smoking is not permitted. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking.  Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 7-minute bike to public beach access.  Important Things to Know  No pets  Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. The space The second floor also includes an additional queen master suite with a full bathroom and walk-in shower, guest room with queen bed and guest room with 2 twin beds. An additional full and half-bath adjacent to the hallway. 2 sleeper sofas are also available for use. This home also includes 4 adults bikes and 2 driveway parking spaces. Community overflow parking in parallel spaces. Guest access The home has a driveway in the rear which will fit 2 large vehicles. There is no parking on the streets in Naturewalk but there are many designated parking spaces along the side of the streets in the neighborhood which are available to all guests. This golf cart is street legal and may be driven by a licensed driver on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or lower. We are less than a mile to the beach by bike (4 included). By car or golf cart it is about 2.5 miles because you have to use the normal roads, but it is an easy drive. There is parking at the two most convenient beach accesses and the town of Seaside offers free parking specifically for golf carts, making it a very convenient way to visit Seaside without worrying about finding or paying for parking. Our community is not for those who require walking distance to the beach but the amenities and low-key atmosphere are ideal for families and relaxing.

This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking. Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 7-minute bike to public beach access.  Important Things to Know  No pets Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions..  No Smoking Smoking is not permitted.
