WiFi will be provided using the nations fastest network. We are one of the few locations with parking in the front and back. The space Each of the bedrooms have TVs with Fire Sticks so that you can enjoy Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Pandora and more! There is a private full bath in the master bedroom and a half bath in a spacious guest room! The upstairs is peaceful and relaxing and has a nice sitting area for quiet time. The property is family friendly and for those visiting with babies or toddlers we have included a high chair, baby bath, XL pack and play, baby monitor, sound machine, and kids dinnerware. If you have any questions about what's available or need something else, feel free to inquire before booking! The property is also small dog friendly with pre-approval and a $150/trip pet fee. While the home is near train tracks, the occasional passing train adds to the character of this vibrant, historic area. The space This thoughtfully designed home features 4 bedrooms—including a cozy crib room just off the master suite—plus 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults and one infant or toddler. We’ve carefully decorated the space with a modern yet welcoming feel, ensuring it’s both stylish and family-friendly so you can relax and feel at home. Located in a warm, friendly neighborhood, you'll be surrounded by kind neighbors and a strong sense of community. Just across the street, you'll find a spacious public park with a playground, a sand volleyball court, and a community garden—perfect for kids and adults alike. The home is near active train tracks, and while trains pass through both day and night, most guests find they add to the charm of the area. However, if you’re a light sleeper, we provide sound machines to ensure a restful stay. Guest access Getting inside is easy with a smart lock and keypad entry. If the smart lock batteries ever run low, a backup lockbox with keys is available. Parking is free and available on the street. We kindly ask guests not to park in the driveway, as it is shared. You may park in the designated spot directly in front of the home. If that spot is taken, please park on the park-side of the street. To respect our neighbors, avoid parking on the house-side of the street, as residents typically park in front of their own homes. Other things to note Our house is located near train tracks, which pass by day and night. The sound is like the low hum of a washing machine or dryer, and while it's minimal, it might be loud to folks who aren’t used to city noises. To help with this, we have white noise machines beside each bed. They work great, and guests always say they block out any sounds for a peaceful night’s sleep. There are two settings (high and low). We’re lucky to have wonderful neighbors on both sides who are dear friends of ours. The side yard next to the house is private and belongs to our neighbors, so please avoid that area. You’re welcome to enjoy the front patio with the wood bench, as well as the public park across the street. Also, please note that the back door is locked because we use those extra rooms for storage. The only way in and out of the house is through the front door. There’s an attached apartment in the back of the house, which is separate from the main house. We have renters there, so we ask guests to avoid the back driveway and stairs. You might hear a little noise from the renters, like footsteps on the metal stairs, but it’s very minimal. We soundproofed the apartment during construction, so you won’t hear much at all. We just want to make sure you’re aware and don’t get worried if you hear something!

With a modern kitchen, a supremely comfortable living area, and a rooftop deck with great views of the sunset over Lookout Mountain, we want this to be a wonderful spot to start your mornings, wind down your evenings, or enjoy the day as you explore Chattanooga. The space Each room has its own character, and was designed to provide you with a space to relax and recharge. The living room is large, comfortable, and bright, making it the perfect space to congregate and hang out. The rooftop deck is a great place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or just get some fresh air. On the first floor is a queen bedroom decorated in a chic Art Deco style with its own private full bathroom. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has 2 queen beds, and the guest bedroom on the same floor has another queen bed. On the top floor is a fourth room with a full bed. Guest access You can enter through the front door or through the garage side. Each door has a lock with a keypad, allowing for easy check-in and removing the need for a key. We still use the garage for storage (along with our cleaners), so we may bump into you at some point :) Other things to note While we love living downtown, it's not always the most quiet place to be. But we've done our best to provide everything you need for a good night's sleep!

Only use the keypad lock located on the front door itself. STAIRS & LAYOUT: The front door opens to an entry way and then a set of stairs that takes you to the second floor. The main level with the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and one master bedroom are on the main level. The second level has bedroom one and two with queen beds in them shared by a jack and jill bathroom. Bedroom four is a second master with a king bed, ensuite and a loft that has another full bed up top. There is enough space in this room for a blow up mattress as well. There is a stackable washer and dryer on this floor as well. KITCHEN: We have a fully equipped kitchen. We provide Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper. The oven has a small steamer side on the left which is turned off, but the regular oven is functioning. TRASH: The trash goes in the garbage bin that sits in the alley. LEFT ITEMS: We are not responsible for any items left behind and will not be able to mail them back to you. Please be sure to look around for all personal belongings before your departure.

This home lies 6 mins to Rock City, Ruby Falls, The Incline Railway and 4 mins to the Tennessee Aquarium. We are two blocks from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga campus. This 4 bedroom has comfortable queen size beds in 3 of the bedrooms and two twin beds in the 4th bedroom. We have a pullout sofa located in the main living area available for guest as another alternative for sleep. Located on the foot of Lookout Mountain, in historic Saint Elmo, just minutes from downtown, this newly renovated, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts great coffee, restaurants and local attractions at the end of the street; while also being surrounded by forest and easy access to Guild Trail's hiking and biking. Instead of only supplying a starter set of essentials we supply everything you need for your whole stay. The space This newly renovated split-level brick home offers an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living space on the main floor. 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs, sharing a long hall for privacy. The large master bedroom has a king bed, reading nook, closet, 42" 4k smart TV, and an en suite, newly renovated master bathroom with a large walk in shower. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk bed in the fourth bedroom, all with their own closets and great views out the windows. The other full bath upstairs has a shower/bathtub for those who like a good soak. Downstairs there is a third, although "cozy" full bath, a laundry room and family/media room with a 70" 4k smart TV with Hulu+ provided. The media room also has two couches that turn into beds with all the linens and pillows stored within. The house also offers 300 Mbps high-speed wireless internet. The property is situated near the bottom of Lookout Mountain. High enough for a good view but not so high that you have the hassle of driving up and down the mountain. And less than 10 minutes to the heart of downtown. The house is on a long private drive and surrounded by forest but with views of the city/neighborhood, especially in the winter when the leaves are off the trees. There is a 2-car garage attached to the house and space for at least 3 additional cars outside. There is a large back deck with bistro lights and a table and chairs for eating, or just relaxing and taking in the views (best at night when you can see the city lights). Of course if you prefer, you can take in the views from the large picture windows in the comfort of the living room. For more outside enjoyment there is also a charcoal grill & a fire pit, and one of the best features is that the national forest lies directly behind the property and offers great hiking and biking trails. There is an access trail up to Guild trail by the mailbox for ease of use. Guild Trail is great for hiking, biking or even walking; it's only about a 20 minute walk to Ruby Falls (a local attraction featuring huge underground waterfalls). Also right near by is the Incline Railway (the world's steepest passenger railway) which you weave under on your drive to the house and is accessible at the bottom of the street. Some of the best coffee and restaurants in town are also at the bottom of the street. This house boasts incredible access to outdoor activities, local sightseeing attractions and downtown food and fun, all in under 10 minutes! An added bonus is that we don’t just supply you with a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels, etc. The house comes fully stocked with dishwasher, pods, detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and snacks. Guest access You have full access to the entire property Other things to note The dining table does have two extra leaves located on the underside of the table so it can be extended. The two couches in the media room turn into queen size beds with all the sheets and pillows stored inside. We are willing to do later checkouts when possible and if you've discussed it with us so we can plan with the cleaner. Staying later than the 10am checkout without approval will result in a $35 fee per hour. Additionally, if you move furniture and don't move it back we will charge a $25 fee. We hate to do this but people staying late and rearranging the house is extra work for the cleaner that is not covered by the cleaning fee.

The bedroom has a Full-sized trundle bed with a twin underneath.   Parking: There is free parking on the street and a one car garage located in the back that you will have access to park in. Perfectly located for exploring downtown Chattanooga—your home away The space The Bluebell Getaway has a fully stocked kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor. On the third floor you will find a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen in one bedroom and a bunk bed with twin and double bed in the other upstairs bedroom. A shared bathroom and washer and dryer are also located upstairs. Internet and utilities are included and you'll have access to watch tv through your Netflix or Amazon account with the smart tv.  Additional Bedding Available Upon Request This property includes a pull-out couch/futon that can accommodate extra guests. If you’ll need this bedding during your stay, please let us know ahead of time, and we’ll be happy to make it available for you. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. It is an easy walk to so much of what Chattanooga has to offer including all of Main Street, the ChooChoo and Findley Stadium. And if you are coming for one of the Triathalons the bike race runs past only a block away. The home layout includes 3 bedrooms each with its own full bath so everyone has private space. But the best feature of this home is the top floor deck where you can relax and enjoy sunsets! The space The is a great house for a family or 3 couples. Each bedroom has its own full bath, there is a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, which could be great to wash some uniforms or exercise clothes. But by far the best feature of this home is the large outdoor deck on the 3 rd floor! It is a very private space with wonderful views of Lookout Mountain, Racoon Mountain and Findley Stadium. Every night is a possibility of a beautiful sunset, all you need are a few clouds and you might go homw with the prettiest sunset picture ever! Guest access The entire house is yours.
