Laudromat across the highway. The space There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are on the second floor. The stairs are steep and older people may have trouble navigating them. The bedroom down stairs is a queen and a full bathroom and shower are on this level. The fireplace in the living room is NONWORKING. All basic appliances are available in the kitchen as well as blow dryers in bathroom. There is no washing machine access, but there is a laundromat located nearby Guest access There is access to front yard and to porch with patio furniture. This space has a universal car charger in the garage!! This very well kept and clean home has an easy vibe to it. It is cheerful in color and has lots of natural light. It is laid out in a square shaped pattern. The main floor is the living space. There you will find the entry way that flows into the living room which reaches around to the dining area. Directly connected to the dining room is an open concept kitchen, complete with wet bar. This kitchen has all the bells and whistles including a center island, an impressive 5 burner gas stove, and of course double hung wall ovens. Off the kitchen, there is a spacious laundry room with high efficiency washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and enough scented and non scented laundry soap supplies to get you going. In that space, there is also a half bath. High chair, booster seat and baby gate are kept in closet in laundry room. This is also the exit to go outside. (Back door) Upstairs is the sleeping area. Here you will find three beds. 1 King 1 Queen 1 Single ** In the room where the single bed is, is also where the wee ones supplies are kept. The space Ligonier is a step away from the rush of daily life. It's a place to unwind and connect with your family or friends. You will first notice one of my favorite parts of the house, the front porch. The perfect place to greet the day with a cup of tea or coffee. At every moment of our family getaways, somebody is swinging! The house is cozy, warm, and feels like home. Natural light filters throughout the house and illuminates the original refinished woodwork. The house was built in 1911 and has been a labor of love with a fully updated bathroom and chef's kitchen; stocked with everything you need for a gourmet meal.A When Dave and I are not working on projects, you will find us in antique stores and salvage yards looking for the unique pieces for our guesthouse. Enjoy the spacious backyard with outdoor games or just sit in the Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine. The rabbits will entertain you! Just outside the door is the Diamond where shopkeepers await your visit and there is an array of places for great food and drinks. Stop into the library for a quick browse, it's beautiful! You can heat to town out the back door also, zip through the alley, and find yourself at the Wicked Googly, THE place to bowl and mingle with the locals. Guest access Guests will enjoy the first and second floors of the house. First floor: living room, dining room, entry and a fully equipped kitchen. Second floor: three bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, parking at the back, the back and front yards, with patio and porch. Grill available. For our guests who have membership to the YMCA, there is access to our wonderful newly renovated facility with a fully equipped gym (a one minute walk from the house). For guests who are not Y members access to the facility is $10 per day per guest. Did I mention our Y has a terrific sauna?! Other things to note We don't have cable at the house but we have high speed internet with 2 smart TVs.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling book in one of the house's four bedrooms. The Living Room is large with its comfortable furniture, bay windows and flat screen television. It's the definition of relaxation. The roomy kitchen will allow you to indulge your inner chef as you prepare meals for the ones you love. Situated right off the living room, the dining room features an old-fashioned country dining room set, perfect for a memorable family gathering. If you want a place to play board games with the kids or just escape with a warm cup of tea or cocoa, the sunroom's the place to be. It is very quiet at night. We have had many guests with small children stay as well as pets and this hasn't been an issue but wanted to point it out clearly that the cabin is near Wilpen Road.. Please also note that the cabin is built into a hillside so there are steps to navigate. If you or anyone in your party has climbing or navigating stairs as an issue, please check pictures before you book. This nicely decorated ranch home provides you with all the comforts you need. The stream-side location with private back yard space lets you relax a little before you go to town! You'll find easy parking for up to 4 vehicles. A few steps to the main/BACK entrance. I also offer garage parking for up to 4 motorcycles upon request. You probably already know a few things about Ligonier, and now you'll have found the perfect spot to enjoy all it has to offer! Perfect for PA anglers! The space After bringing in fill for the back yard, we can finally welcome guests to enjoy the great outside space. Still work to be done, but enjoyable non-the-less! It's my butterfly/pollinator field! Guest access Your access from the rear parking lot is well lit and just a few steps up to the rear door. You will get a code for the lock. Once inside you have full, level access to all the rooms. Look inside the patio box outside for games, chairs and more. Grill utensils are in the stove drawer. There is lockable storage in the red shed behind the garage (bring your own lock}. There is a rope stream-side to assist you in scaling the stream bank {it's almost like repelling). Other things to note There are some "old house" conditions... The sinks in the bathroom take a long time to get the hot water going, the lock on the front door is reverse action, the storm door won't latch... blah, blah, blah! There is access to the Loyalhanna Creek down the hill, but we don't recommend walking down the hill. It is pretty sloped and can be easy for our guests to slip and fall. Walking down hill at your own risk. There is an easy access to the creek straight across from our cottage. It is a short walk or drive across the bridge to an entry area that is only 3 feet elevation to navigate. There is also spots over there to park your car. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. We offer our Cozy Cottage as a smoke free enviroment. We don't allow smoking or vaping on our property. If you need to smoke we kindly ask that you stay at another Airbnb property. We will charge $400 cleaning fee for any evidence of smoking or vaping. Thanks for your attention to this house rule. Guest access All areas of the cottage are accessable to the guests. We do have an owners closet in the bedroom that you can't access. A cozy modern space atop a garage in Ligonier. Great location across from St. Clair City Park and a 5 minute walk to town center. There you will find charming shops and unique restaurants, or get a history lesson at Fort Ligonier. You can also take advantage of abundant outdoor activities in the Laurel Highlands. Hiking at Linn Run State Park is a 10-minute drive. For day trips, visit Seven Springs Resort, Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater, Flight 93 Memorial, or the Johnstown Flood Museums. The space The fully renovated 4 room apartment is cozy (525 square feet with 7 foot ceilings). Yet the standalone building and separate rooms offer opportunity for privacy even when traveling with another person. Please know that the shower stall is small and larger sized people (over 6'5") may not be comfortable. Be aware that the only way into the space is a flight of exterior stairs (11 steps) and no elevator is available. And lastly, note that the smart TV has a few local channels, a full range of Samsung TV Programming, and wifi access for streaming but it does NOT have cable. Guest access The building that houses the 2nd floor apartment is not attached to the main house on the property. Guests have the building all to themselves and have access to the entire second floor apartment. Guests do not have access to the first floor garage but there is free driveway parking. The attic is off-limits. Other things to note Dogs welcome! (no other animals please). Important to note that dogs may not be left unattended more than 4 hours.
