The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and includes all the amenities to cook a delicious meal. All the Bedrooms in the home offer Smart TV's/Remotes, Clean Comfortable Beds & Pillows. We provide a limited amount of household essentials for you to use when you arrive. However, please note that we DO NOT re-stock these items during your stay. One of the bedrooms offers a full working area including a desktop monitor and can easily be used as a sleeping space as well. The kitchen has plates, glasses, appliances, and tools. There are 3 Alexa devices inside the home that you can play music on or use as an assistant. Outside, relax on the deck facing the woods. You may bring up to 2 dogs, which should be house/crate trained and on a leash outside. The space Very modern home featuring Alexa throughout the home, a Nest thermostat, and dimmable lights. There are multiple steps up to the front door of the home and several single steps inside the home, therefore this home is NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE. NEVER SMOKE INSIDE THE HOME, the cost to remove the smell is $1000. 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twin beds are available and there is 1 Queen air mattress available in hallway bathroom closet in case you need additional sleeping space for guests, to be used in the living room. Please do not rearrange the furniture. PET POLICY: You may bring up to 2 dogs with you. You must pick up their poop.
