More if you park under then home and stack carefully. Just share nice with the neighbors!   WIFI/INTERNET YES! We have an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home!? That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like? It is generally solid and ran > 100Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!  SOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, ETC ETC As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well.   No smoking please. No pets.   SNOWBIRDS! Up to 2/3rds off for off-season stays of 28 days or longer.

We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.   WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Our 2 homes can accommodate up to 20 guests. Each has 3 spacious upstairs bedrooms with king beds and private baths. Downstairs, there’s a full bath, twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa—totaling 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, 2 bunks, and 2 sleeper sofas. 100 yards from the beach and minutes from top restaurants, shops, and attractions, our homes offer relaxation and convenience. Enjoy the community pool or beach access across the street. Need more space? We have a third home next door for 10 more guests. The space The first level has an open floor plan with an inviting living room equipped with a Smart TV and stocked with games. High speed internet is provided throughout the home. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including an ice maker, plenty of cabinet space and is equipped with everything you need to cook a family meal. We’ve added a few extras here for you to include a Keurig (makes single cup and coffee pot servings), toaster, blender, air fryer, crock pot, meat thermometer and bartender kit. Just past the kitchen is a bunk area with two twin bunks and a full bath. The first floor also includes a washer and dryer and balcony seating to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. Upstairs you will find a master suite with a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom and two additional large bedrooms each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom includes linens, a sound machine, closet space with a luggage rack and night lights. Each bathroom has a beautiful standing shower and is stocked with towels and hand soap. We’ve thought about the kids by including plastic dishes, cups and utensils, Pack n Play, high chair, assortment of games, sand toys and we have a gate on our deck. The deeded beach access is located to the left of the Westwind Condominiums (blue building). You will be provided the code to that gate prior to your arrival. Parking is available underneath the house and will accommodate up to 2-3 vehicles . This unit has an outdoor shower located underneath the house to wash away the sand after a long day at the beach. Trash cans are provided for your convenience, located underneath the house.
