Stop I Comfy Bungalow in Richardson

This is a wonderful comfortable home with everything you will need during your stay. It is the perfect place if you are coming for business, family vacation, or just to relax. It is not suited to large parties or events. My place is close to restaurants, tollways, groceries and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space The house is extremely comfortable. We've tried to provide everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, even a keurig for your use. We have shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, iron and fresh toothbrushes if you've forgotten one. If there is anything we've forgotten or you have a special request please let us know! We just purchased this house and have furnished it for current times. There is a desk or dressing table in every bedroom and we have made one of the bedrooms a dedicated office (not listed in bedroom count) with two separate desks. It is perfectly set up to be able to work/study at this house. We try hard to make our home as accommodating as possible for our guests. The house is newly renovated. We have a brand new kitchen and brand new vanities in all of the bathrooms. All of our mattresses are brand new in 2022 as are all bedding and linens (although these are continuously replaced every few months). We continue to update with new sofa, tv, bed frames, outdoor umbrella and more. Complete refresh of all bedding, towels and bathmats after our busy summer of 2023. Come see what we update next-we're happy to take suggestions! Guest access You are renting the entire house and yard with pool. We will not be coming over unless you are having a problem we need to address. There is plenty of parking on the street and you may park in the driveway. Currently the garage is not available for use as we just renovated and it is still filled with tools, building supplies and extra furniture. The pool is open all year but is not heated. It is usually comfortable to swim from about late April through October, longer for kids who don't mind the water being cooler. However, this is completely dependent upon weather. Other things to note There is a Roku TV in the master bedroom as well as the blue room with the king bed and a large smart TV (not Roku) in the living room. We do not have cable. However, we do have several subscriptions that are available and logged in that you may enjoy (HBO+, Amazon Prime and Hulu). You are also free to add your own subscriptions as well. High speed WiFi is available throughout the house.
