Additional updates include a new A/C thermostat, a refreshed half-bath vanity, and updated closet doors. The bunk area will also receive a door for added privacy. This condo is beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues and greens this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. Unit A617 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The beachfront resort sits between Destin and Fort Walton Beach and is close to a variety of restaurants, attractions, and activities.  The condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the bunk area has two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space when needed.  Inside, the condo offers an open and comfortable layout with 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, and a private balcony.
