The space Magnolia Bear Den is a 3 bed 2 bath newly renovated cozy cabin nestled at the end of a cul de sac in Gatlinburg's Arts and Crafts District. Spend some time on the Arts and Crafts Loop where you can find the perfect souvenir to remember your vacation by. It is truly amazing to see the talents possessed by the local craftsmen. Magnolia Bear Den is less than fifteen minutes from all of the action in downtown Gatlinburg, less than thirty minutes from Pigeon Forge or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance, and approximately five minutes from our favorite spot in the Smokies, Greenbrier Cove. Take a short walk to Mills Park and enjoy all it has to offer, including a playground, picnic area, disc golf course, and Gatlinburg trolley stop. Also nearby is the Gatlinburg Community Center. For a minimal fee, guests may take advantage of the community center's fitness facility, bowling alley, or indoor swimming pool. For you golfers, Bent Creek Golf Course is only ten minutes away. Or enjoy time together with your family just hanging out at the cabin. The master en suite's custom built tile shower or the common bathroom's jacuzzi tub are both great ways to relax and wind down after a busy day of sight-seeing. This 2-story condo is 10 mins. from downtown Gatlinburg, & 25 mins. from Pigeon Forge. Walking distance to shops, artisans, restaurants & free Gatlinburg tram. Guests also have access to three offsite pools Memorial to Labor day - 7-9 mile drive. This condo has easy year-round access. The space This new two-story condo will accommodate 6 guests comfortably with a downstairs king master and two queen bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a private bath. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen, electric fireplace and a washer-dryer combo. There is an outdoor deck with seating and patio table. Guests have access to three community pools, not located on property. The pools are approximately a 7-9 mile, 30 minute drive from this unit. Guest access Top of the Glades offers keyless entry. Hosts will send private code approximately a week prior to your stay. Other things to note Less than two miles from Rocky Top Sports Center and less than 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg! This unit has two designated parking spots. Park only in the spots with a number 1. There are two additional free parking spots, first come-first served. Top of the Glades 3bd/3ba Condo

Bears Hideaway Cabin is tucked away at the end of a road providing maximum privacy, while only being 15 min or less from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the entrance to the National Park. The cabin is a 2 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 8 people. The cabin is 3 levels. Other things to note Driveway is VERY steep so we highly recommend a 4 wheel drive or front wheel drive vehicle!!!

Guest access You can use everything in the cabin and there is also 2.5 acres there you can explore Other things to note Please do not mess with the fireplace settings down below. Also please do not put loose trash in the trash can outside must be in plastic bags we do not like digging the trash outs of the trash can. Hot tub I cannot guarantee the hot tub will be working every time be honest with you I have had a couple times with a hot tub went down and had to order parts. I have read the concerns the drive to the cabin and the driveway. I own a Hyundai two weel drive front wheel drive little car low to the ground I have no problem getting to the cabin and back down. Trust me after you drive up-and-down a couple times you will get used to it. And yes I do recommend a 4 wheel drive especially in the Winter months. But I have drove my car year around to the cabin. You are or you're considering renting a cabin in the MOUNTAINS just the way it is I don't know of a mountain that is flat that you can drive your car to a Cabin in the beautiful Smoky Mountains sorry be so blunt just want people to understand that most cabins in the mountains you're going to have to drive up a mountain or down a hill or up the hill to get the cabin that's If you want a beautiful view. If you are very concerned about it please rent a hotel downtown where it's nice and flat drive to the hotel.

Using local materials, the home appears to be sculpted from the site using stone, wood and glass. The space This is a space of peace, tranquility and timeless beauty that captures the mid-century modern esthetic in an organic, livable form! ✨ PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS ✨ Built over 60 years ago, it exudes this era of design with unique charm and personality. The home has been thoughtfully restored through an extensive renovation that carefully integrates modern updates while respecting the architect's vision. The kitchen is equipped with extremely high standards including everything you need for cooking and entertaining. New ceramic dishes, beautiful glassware, and high-end small appliances, like a standard coffee maker, are housed within the expertly restored original cabinets. Modern lighting has been added, as well as honed granite counter tops. New cork flooring and large appliances finish it off. The newly added kitchen bar is crafted from repurposed chestnut lumber salvaged from Knoxville's oldest standing home. A two-person walk-in tile shower has been added in the thoroughly updated lower bath. Its design is inspired by the Great Smoky Mountains woodland oasis known as "Midnight Hole,” named for its deep blue-green water. We’ve added a covered stone patio out front for lounging and as a stylish platform for the new 4-person hot tub spa. The cozy den furnishings paired with a high definition 65" TV make a perfect place to watch sporting events and movies with family and friends. High speed internet allows easy streaming of your favorite shows. The original handcrafted wood-burning fireplace proudly anchors the living room, which has been furnished for comfortable group gatherings. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, a full bath, and sleeping loft. Each bedroom has a private balcony with rocking chairs, dresser, closet, cloud-like bamboo memory foam king mattresses, and as in the rest of the home, they're furnished with period or reproduction MCM pieces. The cabin is a non-smoking/vaping cabin. Smoking/vaping in the cabin will result in a $250 fine plus additional cleaning fees. Children under 18 are not permitted in the hot tub without direct adult supervision. No glass near the hot tub. This cabin is surrounded by nature which is part of it's charm, but it also means you may occasionally see insects or small critters. We have monthly pest control service, but some pests can still find their way inside. This is normal for wooded areas and not a sign of neglect. This is our personal family cabin. You will be communicating directly with the owners and not a rental agency. We will work hard to make sure you have wonderful memories of the Smoky Mountains!

The space Two of the king bedrooms are located on the main floor and share a full bathroom. One king bedroom is located upstairs in the loft area with a full bathroom and additional private office/workspace. The game room and media room are located on the first floor. There is a queen size sleeper sofa located in the media room. The laundry room and half bathroom are also located on the first floor. Other things to note It Bears Repeating is an animal-free zone due to severe allergies. Animal allergies are a health and safety hazard for many. The space Magnolia Bear Hideaway is a 2 bed 2 bath newly renovated three-level cabin nestled in a cul de sac in Gatlinburg's Arts and Crafts District. Spend some time on the Arts and Crafts Loop where you can find the perfect souvenir to remember your vacation by. It is truly amazing to see the talents possessed by the local craftsmen. Magnolia Bear Hideaway is less than fifteen minutes from all of the action in downtown Gatlinburg, less than thirty minutes from Pigeon Forge or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance, and approximately five minutes from our favorite spot in the Smokies, Greenbrier Cove. Take a short walk to Mills Park and enjoy all it has to offer, including a playground, picnic area, disc golf course, and Gatlinburg trolley stop. Also nearby is the Gatlinburg Community Center. We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies, however, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. 6. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping or regular trash service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator. Place used towels in the bathtub. Do not wash towels prior to departure. Please leave sheets and comforters on the beds. Dispose of all trash in the bear-proof trashcans outside of the property. Please do not leave any loose trash in the bear box. Excessive trash can be taken to and disposed of at a free "Convenience Center" in Sevierville. 7. MAINTENANCE: Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken or breaks during your stay, please report to host. 8. APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses. 9. PLUMBING: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000. Absolutely No Grease in the Kitchen Sink 10. HOT TUB: No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Do not use if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill, and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not reach a comfortable temperature for use the first night of your stay. Hot tub is for enjoyment only, do not place any products in it (soap, shampoo, bath oil, bubbles, etc.). Hot tub cover is to be always kept on hot tub unless hot tub is being used. DO NOT SIT, STAND ON, OR MISTREAT any hot tub cover. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. A $500 charge will result in any damages done to hot tub cover. Remember when not using the hot tub, please leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. 11. PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you bring a pet and any incident happens with your pet and a neighbor, any human, or any other being, living or non-living, the homeowners are not liable. DO NOT BRING A PET. 12. SMOKING: No Smoking/Vaping or drug use allowed. If you smoke inside you will be charged an additional fee of $500 and be asked to leave. 13. NOISE: Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. 14. PARTIES: No parties. If the homeowners’ association or neighbors advise me there is a party taking place, you will be immediately evicted and will forfeit your security deposit and unused rental night(s). 15. FIRE: Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages 16. FIREPLACES: There is one gas fireplace in the cabin. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Fireplaces are only available October 1 to March 31. 17. PARKING: Number of vehicles is not allowed to exceed the number indicated in the listing. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Parking in the neighbor’s driveway is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 18. SECURITY: There is a floodlight camera located on the exterior of the home near the front entrance for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund. 19. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Items left behind after check-out are not the responsibility of the homeowner. 20. INJURIES: All the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Please be careful on the stairs and watch your step. DO NOT RUN OR HORSEPLAY INSIDE THE CABIN. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, or others whom they invite to use the premise, are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of the premises. Use of the surrounding community areas including any sort of swimming or water facility (if applicable) is the sole risk or the renter, guest, and their guests. 21. CRITTERS: We are serviced regularly by pest control but please keep in mind we are located in the mountains near a National Park. It is impossible and unreasonable to think there will be no encounters with critters. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway, stay away and please do not feed it. They are dangerous. 22. DAMAGES: Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted, and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our home. Treat it as if it were your own. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb, VRBO or any other means assigns your consent to everything listed within this document. 23. REFUNDS: Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, Hot Tubs, TV’s, Wi-Fi, or appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to the owner immediately. Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. NO refunds will be made due to failure of appliances, equipment, or amenities. NO refunds for early departures and NO refunds for delayed arrival. TRAVEL INSURANCE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED ***WINTER WARNING*** The months of December, January and February are prone to very cold, rainy, and sometimes snowy weather. Power outtages and closed roads throughout the area are not uncommon. Packing an extra blanket and flashlight is recommended. NO REFUNDS due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.
