Additional sleeping accommodations are available in the twin sized daybed in the living room. Step through the double entry doors and you will be welcomed by the warm and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Cook up a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen or grill out on the patio. Dine indoors or out at the patio table for 6 with umbrella - the choice is yours. The living room is open to the beautiful dining room with table for 6-8 and French doors that open out to the amazing backyard! Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. A note about “hot tubs” and “spas” Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. With sun loungers, large couch, and dining area, which is a great dinner spot if you decide to stay home to take a break from all the tasty eating spots to be found on the island. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool.
