The home has a beautiful ambiance and is perfect for 4 couples / 8 people. The main floor has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a full bath, with dining and living space for gatherings. The downstairs has a king bedroom suite along with a great living space for entertaining and having fun. The upstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed, a full bath, and a fantastic atmosphere. In this room, there is a desk for those that need to get work done and a pull-out sofa to sleep two additional people if needed. This would allow for accomodating a total of 10 people with an added charge of $100 per person for each person above 8. The outdoor space is lovely too, surrounded by mature trees on a serene and quiet cul-de-sac.
