Great local places around the area to breakfast, lunch, dine and wine. All is within 3 blocks including groceries and historical Memorial Park. We welcome everyone to experience our unique place. The space Our place has a modern touch with a smart TV and antena for local channel TV, connected to Wifi, is located in the small living room and a work desk to use your electronic devices. Sleeper sofa is in the small living room. It will be a tight squeeze, however it accomodates up to 6 guests. 4 guests is best. Our beds are Doctors Choice new queen mattresses as well as high-quality pillows both with matress and pillow covers. Guest access You have access to the whole casita and patio area as shown in our pictures. Sit, relax and have a great time! Other things to note Please assist us conserve energy. For the temperature to remain comfortable in the Casita, please close the laundry room door when not in use. Turn on fans to circulate air. For summer, the REFRIGERATED air thermostat is as you walk in to the first bedroom to your left. In winter, same unit controls the heater, please reverse the fan to circulate the warm air. Each room is filled with tons of natural light, and transitions nicely with plenty of mood light in each room to wind down at the end of each day. I've also included a fun assortment of books and board games to entertain guests of all ages. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed with an ultra plush mattress, while the guest bedroom/home office now features a newly upgraded king-sized ultra plush bed. The living room also has a futon couch that can be pulled out and convert to a twin bed as needed. Guest access Entire house and private backyard. The space The house is equipped with an electric metal gate that opens to allow for parking even though there is plenty of free street parking. The house is close to an elementary school so you will hear the energetic sounds of children playing during school hours. From the patio or the back porch, you will have a beautiful view of El Paso's mountain. Guest access Guest can enjoy the entire house, including the patio, back porch and landscaped area. Parking on top of grass area is absolutely prohibited and we kindly ask our guest to respect our wishes. Other things to note We do have a remote front gate opener that is available to our guest if they want to park inside on top of the concrete driveway. We do ask to be careful with the remote. If lost or misplaced, a $200 fee will be charge to the guest credit card on file. The house has a 220 Volt (Nema 14/50R) plug for guest with electric vehicles. The plug is inside the driveway.
