This unit is decorated with a consistent beach theme throughout and sleeps a maximum of 8 persons. Two main bedrooms feature king beds, third bedroom is a "bunkroom" with full/twin bunkbed (no closet), and a sofa sleeper in living room. This is a top-floor penthouse on the 23rd floor of Celadon Beach Resort. Guest access Guests have full access to all Celadon Beach Resort amenities including complimentary beach service (2 lounge chairs + umbrella)! Amenities also include tennis courts, a fitness center, a beachside pool and jacuzzi, and an additional indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi near the parking structure. Owner/Management does not insure against personal injury to Guest, guests or licensees due to any reason other than the condition of the Premises. (ii) Guest Insurance: Management recommends that Guest carry or obtain insurance to protect Guest and licensees and their personal property from any loss or damage. (iii) Indemnity and Hold Harmless: Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Guest or licensees or their personal property.  Mediation: Guest agrees to mediate any dispute or claim arising out of this Agreement, or any resulting transaction, before resorting to arbitration or court action. Mediation fees, if any, shall be divided equally among the parties involved.  Joint and individual obligations: If there is more than one Guest, each one shall be individually and completely responsible for the performance of all obligations under this Agreement, jointly and individually with every other Guest.  Entire Contract: Time is of the essence. I understand that this release will bind my heirs, administrators, executors, and any other person or entity seeking to claim under or through me.  If there is a pool or hot tub, etc. Swim at your own risk   Balconies, decks, high stories: Lock balcony doors when away or not in use. The king beds are outfitted complete with varying degrees of comfortable memory foam pillows to ensure the finest night sleep. Cable tv is offered in the living room while smart tv's entertain with a Netflix subscription in the bedrooms. Lastly but most importantly the cottage is just short stroll away from the shimmering sands! The space Beach Daze is a modern beach living must see! Newly added to the rental market its calming colors and proper amenities will make all guests feel right at home! Wooden plantation style blinds decorate all the windows for complete privacy and room darkening effects. The kitchen is stocked and outfitted with stylish black stainless steel appliances. A large quartz breakfast bar makes meals and cleanup a breeze! The master king bedroom hosts a large closet and full ensuite bathroom with shower. The guest master also has a large closet and shares the hallway bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room tv table doubles as a laptop friendly work space for catching up on things that simply don't understand vacation. The bedrooms and the living room are all outfitted with new LED tv's which offer either cable or Netflix.. Guest access This is a whole house rental. Garage is off limits for owner personal use. The living, dining and fully equipped kitchen flow together nicely. There are three bedrooms. One with a King, one with a Queen and one with two twins. The room with the King and the living room have tv's with HD. There is a DVD player in the living room. Books for rainy days. There are two bathrooms. One in the room with King bed. It offers a shower/tub combo. The other is in the hallway, it offers a walk in shower. You have your own private pool with tanning shelf and a small yard in the back. On side of house there's an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off sand. You have access to the garage with automatic garage door to store your belongings. In the garage is a washer and dryer. 4 backpack chairs and cooler to use while there. *There is a golf cart for use. But only with a signed waiver. It will be emailed separately as Airbnb does not handle waivers. *The POOL IS NOT HEATED in the winter. **Spring breakers please do not inquire unless 25 or older.
