Two of the guest room offers Queen size beds and the fourth having double bunkbeds with a full and twin bed. The primary suite offers private lanai access, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing soaking tub. Enjoy bikes, beach gear, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TVs in every room for streaming with your own logins— ideal for families or a peaceful island escape. The space The home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private lanai access. Upstairs, two queen bedrooms offer a quiet retreat—one with a private ensuite bathroom and beautiful water views. The den includes queen bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or extra guests. The 4th bathroom is located next to the kitchen and is one step inside the sliding glass doors making it easy to use while enjoying the pool. Guest access Guests will be given a custom code for a lockbox three days before check in. Guests are welcome to the entire property and garage where the bikes and beach gear are stored. The owners do have a few owners closets locked and reserved. Each bedroom has dedicated guest closet space. Kitchen is well equipped and also has ample space for guests storage as well. Other things to note Please note that our pool heaters are designed to warm the water up to approximately 20°F above the current outdoor ambient temperature. Because their performance depends on weather conditions, we cannot guarantee specific temperature outcomes. Kindly understand that we are not responsible for variations due to weather, and no refunds or adjustments can be provided based on these factors. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your pool experience to the fullest! Marco Island has city ordinances we kindly ask guests to follow. Quiet hours (8:00 PM - 7:00 AM) are enforced to maintain a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. Boat trailers, RVs, and other trailers are not permitted on the property, and sidewalks must remain clear at all times—please do not block them with vehicles. Trash (green lid) may be set curb side after 6:00 PM Sunday nights and must be brought back to the home before 6:00 PM Monday evening. Trash and recycling may be brought to the curb after 6:00 PM Wednesday evenings and must be brought back to the home before 6:00 PM Thursday evenings. The city may, at their discretion, impose fines if the ordinances are not followed. Guests will be responsible if a fine is incurred. This is a privately owned vacation home and you will be communicating directly with us, the owners :) The space Southern Exposure over the FREE HEATED SALTWATER pool and HOT TUB, ping pong table in the oversized garage, 8 BIKES, and a tricycle for the youngest ones. All the kitchen and home amenities are included to ensure your time at Strawberry Paradise is an unforgettable stay! For the pool, we have lots of fun floaties, a volleyball net, and a basketball hoop. You can even relax in the pool as you watch a game on the outdoor TV! You are also welcome to use the pickleball racquets for a fun evening at the Racquet Center! Upon entering the 4-bedroom 3 bath ranch home, you will notice the attention to detail and comfortable feel of the home. Its high ceilings, open floor plan with the living room and kitchen open to each other and the view of your incredible outdoor area. There is a pool table/ ping pong table in the garage. The outdoor lanai and custom bar is a guest favorite! Some of the best sunsets seen right from the lanai. Don’t be surprised if you’re visited by some dolphins and manatee while you enjoy your private heated pool and Jacuzzi tu. Our home is perfect for families with children The space The home is truly perfect for everyone to gather in the spacious common areas with an open floor plan. The openness and high ceilings lend to the feeling of having plenty of space for everyone. The huge multi-panel sliding glass patio doors from the living area out to the pool/lanai further expands the space. This home comes with a brand new custom made outdoor bar with built in high-end grill, and mini-fridge. Guests can relax at the bar while cooking out and enjoy the 50+" flat panel HDTV mounted outside. This house boasts a smart TV in every room. There are 3 bedrooms and a den. Master has a king, both the other 2 bedrooms have queens, and the den has a trundle bed, 1 twin, trundle mattress underneath, and a full. 3-4 kids can stay in there or 3 adults .
