Guests will need to climb a flight of stairs to access the unit which is on the 2nd floor. The living room which also serves as a second bedroom with a door for privacy has a comfy new sofa bed, desk and monitor to work at and a Samsung TV/Roku (Using your personal cable or other login/subscriptions you can enjoy your favorite TV channels and shows as well as access Netflix, HBO, Showtime, etc..). The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, and large closet with hanging space. The large fully furnished kitchen has pots, pans and crockery to cook a full meal, with a table that can be expanded to seat up to 4. Despite being 4 blocks from BART and the freeway, we are far enough away from the crowds and traffic because our house is on a quiet residential street. We offer complimentary locally-roasted coffee and teas. We provide standard provisions like clean towels and linens, hairdryer, etc. You'll have a nice private patio deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, pick some fresh lemons, or just sit and lounge in the sun. The television is equipped with Roku. You will need your own login for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, etc. There are queen size beds in both bedrooms. We recently added a wall to make a proper second bedroom for privacy. The second bedroom does not have windows. The kitchen has basic amenities with cooking pans, coffee maker, microwave and stove. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room with TV, a large bright dining room, and a chef's-equipped kitchen. This is the place for you if you like to cook! Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, friendly and convenient. It is one of the hippest, hottest neighborhoods in the country. This is our home when we are not travelling. We love it here! We hope you will feel at home here. The space We bought this house for its large kitchen and dining room. We are both professional chef's. Our kitchen is equipped for us--the knives are sharp, the stove/oven is professional, the pots and pans multiple and good quality. We leave you plenty of dried herbs and spices and some cooking staples (flour, sugar, etc) There is a microwave, toaster oven, and small convection oven. One bedroom has a very comfortable European Sleepworks queen bed. The other has 2 comfortable fold-out single beds--one an Italian couch, the other a top end IKEA chair-bed. We leave you plenty of cozy blankets! Sweet secluded patio garden with a lovely Italian outdoor glass table and wicker chairs for al fresco dining or reading in the afternoon. You can sit and watch the hummingbirds all day. There is also a Weber gas grill in the backyard. The charming front porch has a two person swing to enjoy on a sunny evening. We have 3 HD TVs with Roku. Good WiFi connections. The front hall has an antique library table on which you can work. We have lots of books and cookbooks. Feel free to read what you like. The laundry room has a washer, dryer and utility sink. We leave laundry detergent for you. Guest access Guest have entire home and backyard space to themselves. Other things to note We welcome children but our house is not suitable for crawlers, toddlers and little kids under 8.
