Our home is situated in a small town west of Enid OK close to a winery, wedding venue and hunting. Weather you're visiting to attend a wedding, hunting for your game of choice or just passing through our home is perfect for rest and relaxation. The space Our home sits just west of Enid in a small town filled with friendly neighbors. It is not uncommon to see children riding bikes and playing. In the evenings you'll find neighbors sitting on the porch catching a sunset. Many of our guests are just coming back home to visit family and friends or to attend a wedding at the local venue. Either way were happy to host you on your next visit to small town USA. Guest access You'll have full access to the home as well as the front and back yard. Please avoid the garage unless required for emergency exit.

Large Yard-Pet Friendly! Small Quiet Town

This unique and memorable place was hand built by family that resided there. It has been a functioning family farm since 1936. We are proud to keep it going & are happy to show others. The granary is operable to this day. It holds seed wheat for my family farm, Boedeker Farms, where I work. Our family currently farms close to 4,000 acres, which includes 3 of the 4 sections at our location. We also have 250 pairs that we care for. Other things to note Parking spaces are marked along the lodge. Please do not park in the yards. Lateral lines run through them. If you need additional parking, pull to the west of the trees in the big grass area. You can access that from the road or pull around the barn. Thanks!

Ski Lounge a Four Season 4/2 Luxury Stay!

Perfect family get-away home on a quiet street. Two bedrooms boast a queen size bed & smart TV. The third bedroom has 4 single beds: a bunk bed, day bed and pull-out trundle. The large in-ground pool is the perfect way to beat the OK summer heat; complete with pool toys and life jackets. For the cooler months, the pool can be heated for an additional charge. Features a stocked coffee bar, hi-speed Wi-Fi, pack-n-play, and games, books, and movies for everyone! The space POOL UPDATE (3/30/26): The pool is OPEN! The pool heater is available for an additional fee of $35 per day (including the day prior to check-in and day of check-out). The fee needs to be paid prior to us turning on the pool heater. It takes about 24 hours to warm up the pool, so we will need advanced notice that you would like to use it. This fee helps offset the cost of the natural gas to heat the pool. There is no additional charge to use the pool as-is. There are only beds for up to 8 people (2 queen beds and 4 single beds). Except for children under the age of 2, there is an additional $20 per person, per night charge for having more than 8 guests stay at the house, up to 12 total. For more than 12 guests, it will be an additional $50 per person, per night. There is a couch and lots of floor space, but there are no air mattresses, etc. Extra sheets, pillows blankets, towels, etc., are not provided for additional guests. We have the ability to rearrange the house to create an additional fourth, semi-private "bedroom" using paneled dividers in the dining room for an additional one-time rearranging fee of $50. Contact us for more information and pictures. For longer reservations, we also offer the option to clean the house for you during your stay. Our cleaning team has two services available: -Bedrooms and Bathrooms - $75 (~2 hours) -Full Clean - $125 (~4 hours) If you would like to have either of these services, or to find out what's included, contact us. We prefer that you leave the house while the cleaning team is there. Any of the above extra charges will be sent as a payment request for extra services a few days prior to your arrival. The fees may also be subject to additional AirBNB Guest Fee and Sales Tax, which is outside of our control. We are also able to accept cash for the Extra Cleaning service (preferred method). Guest access Guests have full access to the house and property, except a storage shed (for yard and pool supplies) and 1 closet/pantry (for cleaning supplies). Everything else is available: 2 stall garage, fully fenced in back yard with covered patio, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and a coffee bar! The heated pool (extra charge) will be available March through October. There is a charcoal grill available for use as well. Other things to note Recurring services at the house (no one will enter the house): When the pool is open, Oakwood Pool & Spa comes out on Thursdays for weekly pool maintenance and cleaning. I unfortunately do not get advanced notice when they are on their way. Depending on what the pool needs, there may be a 3-hour wait to enter the pool once they leave. If that is required, they should let you know, but I do not have any control over it. Tidy Carts will come and clean the garbage bins once a month, on a Wednesday (typically mid-month) after trash is picked up. He will bring the bins back to the side of the house. Culligan of Enid comes once every two months to replace the salt for the water softener. They will enter the garage, but not the house.

The space Built in 1970, this home was completely original when I purchased it! Since then, I’ve updated the appliances, flooring, bathrooms, light fixtures, and more while keeping some of the ‘70s charm, like the original woodwork and popcorn ceilings. Who knows, maybe they’ll come back in style someday 😅 The home is pet-friendly, so while it is professionally cleaned between each stay, it may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies. Everything has been painted, new flooring and new fireplace screen. New mattress and box springs on all beds. The space This home is a ranch style with double car garage, enter through door that passes through laundry, kitchen and dining. Front entrance has entry way and opens to living room. Hallway takes you to the bedrooms and main bathroom. Master bedroom has private bath. Nice patio is off the living/dining room with new gas grill and glider for your enjoyment, extra lawn chairs are in garage for you and your guests to use. The manor is secluded by forest and over 40 acres of peaceful land . This is a great place to get away from city life. You could able to enjoy golfing practice and walking trails as well. You can enjoy outside swimming pool in the summer and 8 people hot tub for winter and all seasons. Outside barbecue grill and gas-grill you can enjoy lunch and dinner outside. This manor was built in mid 1967, beautifully remodeled lately. You will be enjoy staying in this manor! The space We keep this beautiful house over 30 years. Very unique and private place in Enid Oklahoma. We love our house. We just opened our precious property for sharing with our guests. I hope our guest respect my property as their own house. You can find out this manor through the huge white gate. You will meet beautiful nature scenery as soon as you drive through the gate. We have HUGE living and 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Such a great place for family members to gather together. Huge private swimming pool is the best option during the summer time and also can enjoy a brand new hot tub for relaxing. Fully equipped with all the essentials of a traditional family home. Great location for bringing the extended family to military events at Vance AFB, visiting a relative in the retirement community adjacent to the property, or for the traveling professional(s). New listing with ongoing improvements. The space Large, well equipped kitchen; gas stove/oven, microwave, pantry, built in desk. Ample storage and prep area. Two living areas plus a sunroom with view to a maintained pond. There is an outdoor “rain porch” when you want to see & hear the rain but not get wet! ** The backyard is undergoing a gradual overhaul. Guest access Full house is available. Minor exceptions are one hallway closet is locked for owner use. Cottage-shed in backyard is not available, nor is the garage at this time. Other things to note Since the home is still used by the owner, the online pictures may vary slightly from what is currently in the house.
