Kitchen has a 3/4 refrigerator with ice maker, microwave-confection-bake-broil all in one, drip coffee maker, 2 counter top burner, can opener, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, silverware, mixing bowels, utensils, toaster, dish towels and dish strainer. For your convenience there is coffee, tea, and dish soap provided for your use. Bathroom has soft close shower doors with built in bench and niche for soap and shampoo, hair dryer, towels, and toiletries. In the closet there are beach towels , beach chairs, bogie board, umbrella, kids sand toys, and an iron with ironing board. Balcony has table and chairs for your relaxation. Guest access This is a privately owned 343 sq ft one bedroom condo which accommodates up to 6 guest with full access of the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. Your outside area consists of miles and miles of the white sands of Daytona Beach. My building is located right on the "Drive Free " Beach zone of the World's Most Famous Beach. Relax and enjoy in our large pool and deck area while your children play in the adjoining kids pool. Should you choice to enjoy the beach or ride the waves there are beach chairs & umbrellas to rent. Other things to note Our guests have use of the common areas & coin laundry. Washer & dryer, vending machine located in laundry room. 1 Vehicle Parking Pass per reservation - all others will have to use paid public parking. NO TRAILER parking allowed on our property - There are parking lots available where you can pay to park. Full Disclosure on renovations, PLEASE REED BEFORE YOU BOOK! There is still some room renovation going on at this time. We hope this will not be too much longer we apologize for any inconvenience.The beach and pool are still available for guests to enjoy. Other things to note IMPORTANT: We have a schedule maintance plan for the buildings exterminator. They may need to access the unit for less then 5 min on the pre scheduled day. I will notify you if the exterminator is scheduled during your stay. The treatment is perfectly safe 👌 for us. We had been closed down on and off for 9 years now. What was to take one year turned into 9 years. We finished construction to our condo on our own. Our building was ununder a 10 million dollar + concrete restoration. The salt and hurricanes had really taken its toll on everything in its path. Our building has a new roof installed and the basement has been rebuilt. Stairwell have been torn down and replaced. Balcony and walkways have been replaced. Doors and windows have been replaced. Laundry room has new washers and dryers, our pool area has been updated. The buildings HVAC system has been repaired. Managment is on top of replacing parts as needed. There may be intermittent shutoff if parts need to be replaced. We installed our own AC in the bedroom so you should be very comfortable should this happen during your stay. I have a DREO fan to pull cool air from the bedroom to the main room in case a repair is being made during your stay. You must be 25 to book. All though there is not a no smoking policy at Daytona Inn Beach Resort, I do not allow smoking. No smoking of any kind in the room or on the balcony 300.00 fine. If you would like a house keeper I can recommend a few very reasonable ones. You and her would make your arrangements. We are an ocean front hotel turned into privately owned condos. All the condos on property are privately owned. Welcome to our vacation beach home. For security purposes we have a ring door bell which has a camera in in. It takes pictures outside the door. There are also 75 cameras around the outside of the building. The walkways are lighted.

We provide beach gear to relax in the sand, explore Main Street Pier, indulge in fresh seafood at the many great beachfront restaurants or drive 5 miles to the famous Daytona Speedway. The space Condo is located at Ocean Jewels Club, 935 S. Atlantic Ave., UNIT 205. We are on the 2nd floor with 2 elevators or stairs for your use. Close to everything. This is a one bedroom condo with 2 queen beds, 2 FULL bathrooms, both with showers. Living room has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa w/ memory gel foam mattress so we can accommodate up to 4 people. Living room has a 65" tv and the bedrooms have 50" tvs with cable for your enjoyment. There is a work area in kitchen with wifi and internet. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator (french door), Microwave that is also a convection oven, 2 burner stove, fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, dinnerware & many spices for any kind of dining or cooking, toaster, 2 coffee pots (Keurig and a regular drip style), crock pot, blender. All linens are provided including beach towels. We also provide a Pack 'n' Play, Highchair and Stroller so you can vacation with your family and pack less. There is a large storage closet on patio with all the beach gear you will need. 4 large beach chairs and various toys for the kids to take to the beach. There are 2 coolers in the bedroom above the wardrobe for your use. Ocean Jewels has an on-site restaurant (Adams Egg) which serves breakfast and lunch. There are many oceanfront restaurants in the area to go to for lunch or dinner. A few we really like is just north of the complex, Crabby's Oceanside and LandShark bar & grill. There is a gym and laundry room at this complex. One is in our building on the 3rd floor and another on the ground floor across from the restaurant. Guest access Complex is a self check-in, you don't need to register at the front lobby to go to the condo. Door has a keypad code to enter condo. Parking at complex is not assigned, so it is a first come, first serve parking. See front lobby for a parking pass, not needed immediately to park. Stop there when it is open. If you come in late, see attached map (under photos) to show you the best area to park for our condo. Condo number is 205. It is in the same building as the front lobby so you want to park close to that area. There is a key fob in the condo (on the wall to the right when you first enter) that are to be used to enter any fenced area, stairs, pool areas that are on the complex grounds. Other things to note Condo is only 1 mile from the Main Street Pier. There you will find the boardwalk with rides, shopping and numerous restaurants including Joe's Crab Shack & Bubba Gump Shrimp. This area is where you can get access to driving on the beach (cost involved). Take a day trip and you can visit Disney World which is only a hour & 15 minutes away. Daytona Speedway is less than 5 miles from the condo, easy to get too. Daytona Lagoon (Waterpark) is only 1.4 miles away Daytona Beach Bandshell is only 1.4 miles away (year round concerts)

Damage Protection Insurance – This Damage Protection Insurance plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the payment method on file. The Damage Protection Insurance does not cover the guest for soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the house excessively dirty. Damage Protection Insurance – This Damage Protection Insurance plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the payment method on file. The Damage Protection Insurance does not cover the guest for soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the house excessively dirty. These fees will be charged to the payment method on file. 11.	Payment – Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
