There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Sheets, pillows and cover located in dresser by front door. There is an outdoor paver area with grill and seating area and an enclosed screen porch with table and chairs. There is also a paved area on side of house with chairs and umbrella located in garage to take advantage of the views of the intercoastal waterway. This antique cottage is centrally located in the heart of Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. It reflects the history of Lincolnville and Saint Augustine, in its Decour and artwork reflecting the preservation of the history in the area. This cottage is a work of art in itself. We have taken special care in selecting the antique furniture, and antiques and local artists displayed throughout the home. We want our guests to be able to enjoy that history when they visit our home. Welcome to The Lincolnvilla, our recently renovated home located in Historic Lincolnville. This beautiful 1920's shotgun home is just three blocks away from all of the wonderful sightseeing locations and unique restaurants Downtown St. Augustine has to offer. Our home includes three bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and can sleep up to eight guests comfortably. We feel so lucky to be able to experience the Oldest City in America and we cannot wait to share our home with you. The space Think of everything you'd want in an old Florida-style home! We recently renovated this 1920's home and it has updated appliances and amenities. Our home is in downtown St. Augustine, located right behind the Lightner Museum and just doors away from several civil rights markers along the Freedom Trail. All of downtown St. Augustine such as the Castillo de San Marcos, Mantazas Bay, Flagler College and Saint George Street are easily accessible with a short walk or uber ride. The beach is a quick ten minute drive over the Bridge of Lions to Anastasia Island. We are central to the endless amount of activities, sights and restaurants the city has to offer. Our home sleeps comfortably up to eight guests: two in the double twin suite, two in the queen suite, two in the master bedroom and two in the living room with a comfortable pull out queen sofa. There are two full bathrooms, which have double vanities and spacious enough to accommodate everyones needs. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers are provided. The living room has lots of space to just to sit back and relax. There is a smart TV with Netflix and Hulu available, wifi is included. The full kitchen includes complimentary coffee, spices and oils as well as all the kitchen tools needed to have a nice home cooked meal. The private gravel driveway includes space for one car to park and street parking is allowed. Guest access Guests have access the the whole home. We have a private, gated backyard as well.

The fort, Castillo de San Marcos, the Spanish Quarter and the scenic waterfront are about a 15-min walk from the house where you will also see the popular St. George or King Streets. That is where there are many eclectic shops and restaurants including a couple guest favorites like Harry’s Seafood Bar & Grill or Casa Reina. The beaches are also close to where you will be staying. From the house head over the Bridge of Lions to Anastasia Island State Park or Saint Augustine Beach, about 10-minutes with traffic. Along the way you will drive by the Amphitheatre, Alligator Farm, and beautiful St. Augustine Lighthouse. Alternatively, about a 7–8-minute drive via A1A North are Vilano Beach and the St Augustine Inlet. Keep driving further up A1A and find the Guana National Estuarine Reserve where there are hiking trails and wildlife. As you will see, there is no shortage of things to do and experience in and around the nation’s oldest city. It is all very close to where you will be staying. Getting Around: Most guests leisurely walk from the house to all the sites. Some first-time visitors to the area start their vacation journey by riding the Old Town Trolley (Hop On/Hop Off). Available multi day tours typically include a brief history of St Augustine and the most popular tour sites as well as many beautiful churches, museums and old homes! Andr On/Off stops normally include Flagler College & Lightner Museum, the San Sebastian Winery, the Distillery and many more! Guests also have fun exploring Castillo de San Marcos, the Spanish Quarter or the Pirate Museum. St. George Street is filled with shops and restaurants of irresistible local flare. Finally, please feel free to use the bikes to tour the town and quiet neighborhood streets. This is certainly one of our favorite things to do.
