(The property also has a separate 3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs unit. They can be reserved together to accommodate larger groups.) While you do share a garage and driveway, the units are completely separate. You will enjoy your own private entrance, living space and private patio out back. You have 2 reserved parking spaces, one in the garage and one in the large driveway which can easily accommodate larger SUVs. This is a huge benefit with parking being hard to find down there.
