My house was built in 1938. There has been two series filmed at my house and you can see my house on Dumb and Dumber Too. My house was built by the Haley brothers for Homer Sharp, the first principal of Lithonia High School. I have toys and books. My house is within walking distance to the library, shopping center, post office, park, outdoor pool and the bus. The mall and a lot of restaurants are 3 miles away. St. Mtn. Park is 9 miles away and the Atlanta venues are 14 miles. The space The guests have the whole house to themselves. A pet fee will be charged of $100.00 if someone sneaks a pet in! No smoking in the Haley House or a fee of $500 will be charged for purifying the air! Absolutely no parties or your booking will be cancelled without a refund. This is the south so an occasional bug may sneak in! There is a possibility of noise because of the train tracks near and an amphitheater down the street. Guest access The guests will have the whole house so nothing is off limits! Other things to note I have a $75 non refundable pet deposit per pet. County ordinance has a maximum of 3 pets per household. Please let me know if you are bringing pets with you. I have a maximum of 6 guests in my house. If there is smoking in my house a $500 charge will be assessed for extra cleaning of the air!! The bunk bed in the children’s room is for children only, no adults. It is only a top bunk bed. I have 4 cameras that are outside of the house only. There is a potential that there may be music during your stay because an amphitheater is located within blocks of the house. The house is located in the south. There are deer, raccoons and opossums around and an occasional bug that may wonder in from outside, so if you don’t feel comfortable with this please do not book my house. There is a $500 fee for cleaning the air if there has been smoking inside my house.
