Florida weather is incredibly beautiful but at times can be harsh and unpredictable, host cannot take responsibility if a hurricane or severe weather passes through during your stay. If city issues an evac and/or in case of power outages guests will be responsible to find their own backup accommodations. A refund will be issued for unused days in these circumstances. Lovely home just 10-15 minutes to the beach and less than 5 minutes to shopping, dining and attractions. The space This house was completely renovated inside and out in 2015 and new flooring, and paint was later done in 2020. It has a great deal of space as well as privacy for you. The yard is private and fenced in. Located in a quiet family neighborhood just minutes to shopping, dining, golf courses and of course the #1 Beach in the USA along with multiple other beautiful beaches including Lido Key, Casey Key, Turtle Beach and more. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet and master bathroom with double vanity and shower. It has a smart television which can use your Hulu, or Netflix account. The second bedroom has a twin and full bunk bed. It has a dresser and large closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet and smart TV. The guest bath has a single sink and bathtub. The kitchen is fully stocked for 6 people with a dining table for 6. There is a cafe table for two. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well in the large laundry room. Please provide your own laundry soap or replace what you use so the cleaning crew has it for the linens. Relax by the pool in your private fenced in yard or enjoy a charcoal BBQ on the patio with seating for 6. Please note the pool is not heated. The pool is cleaned once a week, the trees do drop a lot of leaves into the pool so you will need to scoop the leaves daily in between. Some beach essentials may be in the pool mechanical room but often guests leave them behind, break them or take them so I can’t guarantee what will be there or their condition. Initial toilet paper and paper towels may be in the house but please plan on purchasing more if supplies run low or you are staying for longer than 2 or 3 days. Off street parking and security system as well. All the comforts of home. Guest access The entire house is your space to occupy. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and has a comfortable dining area with seating for up to 6 people. There is a toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, as well as colanders, mixing bowls, silverware for 16, baking pans, frying pans and pots, cooking utensils, cutting boards and knives. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, two nightstands and a large master closet. The Master bathroom is attached with dual sinks and a tiled shower. The second bedroom features a Queen sized bed, night stand and dresser. There is a closet as well. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin top bunk and a full sized bottom bunk, a large closet and a chest of drawers. There is another full bathroom with a bathtub and a separate spacious laundry area with a washer and dryer. The living room has a sofa, love seat and flat screen tv with cable and WiFi. Relax on the patio at a table for six with an umbrella or take a dip in the in ground pool. There is a large front yard and the back yard is fenced in for privacy. Off street parking for two cars. There are linens for up to 8 guests, sheets for all of the beds, a vacuum, as well as other household cleaning items. Other things to note The pool and yard are maintained weekly by hired services. The trash is picked up on Tuesdays at the curb. The house has wifi and cable and a DVD player. The pool is not heated but it is in a private fenced in yard.

A professional cleaning crew with years of experience cleans the home after every guest. While we strive for perfection but are all human. There may be times when something is missed or overlooked. If that occurs, please notify us immediately and we will work to have the cleaners revisit to correct the oversite. This would also include light bulbs that burn out. The pool is not screen enclosed and therefore leaves and debris will fall into the pool and onto the pool deck from day to day. We have weekly pool and lawn service to help keep the pool sparkling and the grounds looking pristine. The pool tech cleans the debris and ensures the chemistry is correct...however, we have no way to prevent debris from falling into the pool in-between cleanings and during your stay. There is a dip net on site if you wish to skim any leaves from the top. Our home is in a beautiful part of Florida that is very tropical in nature. This means that there are naturally occurring insects, spiders, lizards, and other pests outdoors. We make every attempt to ensure they stay outside...but unfortunately on occasion they may gain entry. If that happens, please notify us right away and we will have the pest control company that we contract with visit. Be sure to keep doors and windows closed (especially at night when lights are on) to limit the entry of flying insects. We often update and improve our home. During your stay you may notice new/different bedding, rugs, throw pillows, décor, and possibly furniture that differ from the photos you booked with.

Beach towels, pool floats, pool toys, cooler, beach umbrella, and 4 beach chairs provided. Beach ball, boogie boards, goggles, pool noodles, etc. in garage. Kitchen is stocked with basics including plates/bowls/cups/silverware, as well as pots and pans, cutting boards, knives, measuring cups and spoons, bakingware, etc. Coffee station includes espresso machine with milk steamer, Keurig single cup coffee maker with iced coffee option, syrups, coffee, and tea bags. There is a basket of toys and some family board games when you need a break from the pool! There are smart TVs in the living room and downstairs bedroom. The property does have a carpeted flight of stairs going to the second level so be aware of that if you have small children.

A luxurious Italian style pool and garden area, a spacious indoor area with a full sized kitchen, king bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds and 2 twin air mattress. 3 smart tvs. We love this stunning and cozy home and we’re sure you will too! The space One of our favorite features of the home is the incredible pool area. You will have complete privacy with our 8ft privacy fences. The family room has a 65” smart TV and all the other bedrooms also have smart Tv’s. you can log into your favorite streaming accounts. ( make sure you log back out before you leave. ) The beautiful kitchen is very well stocked including a large air fryer, 2 coffee pots, toaster and all your basic cooking and baking needs. The laundry room is great with an area to fold clothes. This house truly has SO much to offer! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and yard, and can park on the street or on the driveway. We just remodeled this beautiful house to meet highest traveler's expectations. The house has an open split floorplan, huge living area with LED,new fans, feature walls and plenty of modern design touches. Large sliding doors open up to the oversized screened pool area with a beautiful 7 ft deep lagune style pool, lounge area and eating all in a tropical Setting. The space Live the Florida lifestyle at its best and spoil yourself. This house is managed by the German owners Carsten & Denise that know from own experience what matters to have the Florida vacation of a lifetime, so everything is literally new, of high quality and follows the beach house style. Just relax and enjoy! This house has a great 5* rental history. And regarding the location: 3 miles to the water, 4 miles to downtown Sarasota and 5 miles to Siesta Key Beach, i.e. no long drives to reach everything you deserve. Other things to note The maximum capacity of 7 only works when there are at least 2 small kids among the 7. As the house is in a residential neighborhood it is important to respect the neighbors and make no usual noise (time of day or level) Heating the pool is negotiable. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Beautiful three bedroom two bath house, newly updated ready for the whole family to come and relax. The space The pool is heated in the winter months - not in the summer unless the temperature is lower 65° at night. Because the sun keeps it really warm during the day it is facing the south so it stays really warm in the summer months. Please do not mess with heater outside. If it would be needed in the summer, please let the manager know and she can arrange it. Other things to note This home has weekly yard maintenance and pool service so please be aware that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.Please do not lock screen door on the side where the pool equipment is.
