There is also a firepit in the backyard that you are welcome to use. Wood is supplied for you. Crystal Beach is a fantastic neighborhood located in the heart of Destin with fantastic sidewalks for walking and multiple beach access points. You're located just one mile from Whole Foods and the Destin Commons, which is a great place for shopping. Please make sure these rules work for you before reserving the space: - No Children. - No Pets. - No Smoking. - No early check-in. No leaving luggage/cars on property before check-in. - No late check-out. No leaving luggage/cars on property after check-out. - We do NOT provide beach chairs, umbrellas, or bikes. - No cooking in unit. There is a shared gas grill provided. - No Parties. Guest access Guests will enjoy access to free on-site parking. You have two dedicated spots. Other things to note We love hosting you and providing a great place to stay on your vacation, but we do ask that there is no cooking of any kind in the space. This means not purchasing a hot plate for use in the space. We have a microwave for heating things. The space is not designed or vented for cooking. There is a gas grill provided for you. Also, we do not allow early check-in or late check-out. We host a lot of guests full-time and our housekeeper needs the full time to get the space ready for you. It's less than a 2-minute walk to the sand, making it easy to pop back for a dip in the pool or a movie in the AC before walking back over for sunset. The space PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE BOOKING! All the modern conveniences and comforts of a fully stocked home with the fun and charm of a vibrant Florida beach home. This upstairs unit is equipped with high-speed WiFi, as well as USB plugs by every bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffeemaker, blender, toaster, stemless wine glasses, sharp knives, cutting boards and everything necessary to whip up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the one-wall kitchen. The bedroom has a king bed with a Marriott brand mattress. Outside the bedroom, you'll find bunkbeds. We provide four beach towels per stay. Our home also comes with a small collection of board games for ages 4+. In the main bedroom closet, you'll also find a Pack-and-Play as well as a high chair. This unit has Wi-Fi fast enough for streaming. We hope you can just relax at the beach, but if you have to work remotely, you can.
