The Treehouse stands on a wooded lot, its gray paneled exterior ensuring that it is no wallflower, and its many outdoor entertainment areas giving guests the quiet time to spend with nature they so desperately needed.  Entering on the second level of The Treehouse, guests will step inside a space that instantly welcomes, showing off its soft sides at first glance. The family room is a cheerful space, defined by plush furnishings that are comfortable and inviting, and a 75-inch television that provides a picture so large and clear, guests often feel as if they have courtside seats at any of the Miami Heat games. A half bath on this level ensures that wet children don’t have to run through the house to use the facilities, and a laundry closet with large capacity washer and dryer allow guests to pack light and save room in their luggage for all the souvenirs they purchase during their explorations!  And now we come to what could arguably be called the best part of The Treehouse, the outdoor entertainment areas. We have mentioned multiple balconies and seating areas on the upper level, but down here is where the fun begins. A large crystal-clear pool surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs is the star attraction in the screened-in lanai and will be where a lot of the action takes place. On the main level there are two bedrooms: one master with a king bed and a private bath. The other bedroom offers two single beds with a full bath across the hall. There is also a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a laundry room located on this level. Upstairs you will find a separate area that offers two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen and a sleeper sofa) both rooms share a full size bathroom. These bedrooms have a separate outside entrance (stairs are outside leading to an upper deck, no stairs inside the house to this level). Both the upstairs and downstairs are surrounded by a beautiful pool area. There is a small body of water (pond) located in the back of the house. The space This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis. If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment, but may become unavailable before you can book it. We suggest you book as soon as possible to not loose your favorite vacation rental. Guest access You will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with door access code. No need to meet or pick up keys! Other things to note CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. Great location, 10 min from downtown Sarasota, 10 min from Siesta key Beach, 20 minutes to lido beach! The space This comfortable and spacious house is 2,580 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large fenced outdoor area with a private swimming pool (not heated). The house is located in a residential area (dead end street), really close to great amenities. You will feel right at home in this relaxing house! The living room is cozy with its comfortable couches, ottoman, coffee tables, wooden floor, large windows with a direct view and access to the pool and the garden. The white, beige, and blue shades give the room a relaxing atmosphere. You will like how pleasant it feels. A second living room features two taupe couches, a large TV and a coffee table. There are two big windows that bring in the light and an access to the pool. A relaxation room overlooks the living room. Armchairs, coffee table, desk allows you to stand back to work or read. The dining room is open to the kitchen with a nice table for 8 guests. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all amenities: microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a sleek white and grey decoration, a dressing room, two windows. You then have access to the master bathroom that includes, a tub-shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. The second bedroom features two single size beds, and the third and fourth one has queen size beds. The decoration is simple in tones of beige and blue. The bedrooms have big windows, dressing room and nightstands. The second bathroom has been completely renovated, has a shower, sink, toilet, mirror, a clothes washer and a dryer. The spacious swimming-pool is great to enjoy the average year-round temperature of 73 Fahrenheit degrees (23 Celsius degrees). Please, be aware that the pool is not heated. Located on a quieter and peaceful side of Siesta Key you will find our home to be a tranquil place to enjoy during your stay; ideal for monthly rentals. The location is perfect to enjoy the best of Sarasota and Siesta Key. The space Our home is located just off Midnight Pass Road, not too far from the north bridge. Midnight Pass is located just behind our home, occasionally you will hear some traffic noise, particularly more so in the peak season months (January through April). Siesta Key is a wooded island; our home is surrounded by woods which does attract wildlife (birds, lizards, insects, and even a coyote once in a while). • The home is located a little over a mile to the public beach and to the Siesta Key village. Other things to note Please note: though there is a hot tub pictured it is non-functioning. The pool heater will be turned on as needed in the winter months (December through March) for an additional charge of $20/day.
