The space The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds. There is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. We have a water filter system (sediment filter and UV light) and a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of drinking water, air condition/heat or WIFI.
