Gather with your family and friends in the downstairs theater and game room complete with custom built-in home theater and wet bar, pool and foosball tables, and cozy fireplace. The salt water hot tub, firepit, and breathtaking views offer outdoor experiences that will delight and inspire. Guest access You will have the entire home and property to yourselves. There is no garage access. Up to three vehicles are allowed. No trailers, boats, campers, tents, outdoor camping or recreational vehicles are allowed on this property. Other things to note You must have 4WD and proper snow traction to travel to Conifer Lodge during snow season from October to May. Please do not book this property if you are not prepared to equip your vehicle for winter uphill driving conditions. Stranded vehicles are dangerous and extremely difficult to deal with in winter on the mountain. There will be a $350 hot tub deposit due 24 hours before your arrival, which will be fully or partially refunded, depending on the condition of the hot tub water when you check out. Due to low availability for our mountain water deliveries, there is a chance that the hot tub may be waiting for a fill before your stay, and may not be available. We do our very best to prevent this situation, and will notify you before your arrival if that is the case. We do not allow smoking (inside OR outside) or outdoor grilling at this property, due to the conditions imposed by Jefferson County for our permit. Breckenridge Ski Resort is approximately 1-1/2 hours using the "back" way on Highway 285, which avoids traffice pile ups on I-70. A beautiful 1-1/2 hour drive takes you to the Collegiate Peaks byway, the highest concentration o 14,000+' peaks in the USA. Hiking and biking trails abound in the area, along with colorful restaurants, shops and historic spots.

Newly re-listed! We are located just under 40 miles from downtown Denver directly off Hwy 285, so access is easy year round. We're also just 20 miles from any of the comforts you desire of the big city, or famed Red Rocks Amphitheater. Located on a 14 acre property; there is a hot tub, abundant places to relax, or even fish the pond! This house has been completely remodeled to the 9's. You can experience the grand Colorado views from the wraparound deck or from the lavish peaceful indoors. The space This is a property that was recently remodeled, and was completely redone with the utmost of class. From the Travertine tile to the custom back splash and exotic granite throughout, this home boasts incredible fixtures and details that will give you incredibly plush accommodations, while still being surrounded by the Colorado wilderness. The primary bedroom is located upstairs on the main floor, and shares a 2-sided gas fireplace with the main living room. The master bathroom has a large walk-in closet, oversized separate bath tub and shower, and also it's own exit to the deck and hot tub. Also on the main floor is the dining room, kitchen, an additional 1/2 bath with bidet, and main/upstairs living room. The walk-out basement also has a patio that goes it's length, and there are patio exits at the 2 large bedrooms and living room. This living room has a functioning wood fireplace and also has a couch and desk area. On the East side of the basement is the largest bedroom with a desk. The laundry room and one of the full downstairs bathrooms are also located on this side. On the West side of the walk-out basement is another bedroom with a queen bed. Just outside of this bedroom is another full bathroom. There is another studio unit located on this property as well, but it is not within immediate site from the main house. The 14 acres will be shared among guests/residents of each of the two houses, as well as the owners of the property as we maintain the flora and fauna and enjoy the property. However, you will have privacy in and around the house itself. For parking, there is 1 open garage space you are welcome to use if desired. There is also plenty of parking for many more cars outside the garage. In the winter, we recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle if there is snow and ice. Guest access You will have sole access to the entire house, including the laundry. You will not share anything but the acreage with others, but the yard around the house will also be considered part of your solitude. Other things to note There is a pond on this property which has some fish, but the number and species are largely unknown; so if you do fish we ask that you abide by the catch-and-release system. Entire lower level, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (note there is no bathtub, only a shower), laundry room with washer and dryer, board and iron, plus a large living room. Due to the location and lack of transportation options, some type of vehicle is required and 4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter. The space There is a private bedroom with a queen size bedroom, and another open room with a full size bed with a twin on top. There is plenty of parking as we have 6 acres. The kitchen has a large table, microwave, toaster oven, stove with oven, full size refrigerator plus a Keurig machine with coffee, tea, hot coco, cream and sugar. Pets: if your 4legged family members are vacationing with you, please either do not allow them on the furniture or bring something with you to protect the furniture during your stay. This unit is a NON SMOKING UNIT. If you smoke cigarettes, pot or vape there will be an additional cleaning charge. Big screeen TV in the living room with many streaming options. Access to washer/dryer in the suite. There is a door between the upstairs and downstairs that I keep locked on the inside. This is a natural, rustic trail. Expect uneven dirt path, rocks, roots, and seasonal obstacles. Closed toe shoes with good traction are recommended. Come enjoy our mother-in-law suite above our stand alone garage. Nestled on Conifer Mountain, surrounded by serene forest and wildlife, you will find all the comforts of a home away from home. We are just over 5 miles from Hwy 285 and the town of Conifer, CO. Nearby access to the Platte River, Staunton State Park, Pine Valley Ranch, Beaver Ranch Park and countless other outdoor activities. Enjoy many dining options, shopping, bars, and local attractions of Evergreen, Bailey, and Conifer. The space You will have your own separate and private suite above our detached garage. This is one large open room. Guest access You will be able to access your suite through a private entrance. Other things to note Colorado mountains in the winter are some of the most beautiful and serene you will ever encounter. However, it does take some planning and preparation to be sure that you are ready and safe for the elements. If you plan to book with us during months that there could be a potential for snow (which truly can be anywhere from September through May), we do recommend that your vehicle be equipped with all wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. We will keep the driveway and your walking paths cleared of snow, and the county does a pretty good job of clearing the roads as well. As with any winter driving, we always recommend caution. We encourage you to look ahead for the weather reports to see what kind of conditions you may be dealing with during your stay with us. Peaceful Rustic Mountain Entertainment Studio

We love where we live! We want to share our garden level 1 bedroom in-law apartment. Full kitchen. Large living room. Awesome outdoor patio and views! We are short drives from Staunton State Park, Jefferson Co. Open Space Parks, shopping, Red Rocks, and the Platte River. Amazing mountain bike riding, hiking, and fly fishing. The best place to come home to after a Red Rocks concert! The space Come enjoy our roomy in-law apartment. We have a large walk out patio with fire pit. Propane bbq. Full kitchen. Views of Mt Evans!! Guest access Relaxing areas around property. Horse shoe pit. Basketball net. Other things to note Dog must be pre approved since I have 2 dogs of my own. Pet fee is $35 which is billed with Airbnb reservation. My dogs have been hosting for awhile and are happy to keep guests company. Once introduced they welcome you like family. Please be mindful of them at the gate.

Relaxing mountain stay in Conifer

We are located on a 14 acre property just under 40 miles from downtown Denver directly off Hwy 285, so access is easy year round. We're also just 20 miles from any of the comforts you desire of the big city, or famed Red Rocks Amphitheater. This 1 bedroom cabin has a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom and there are places to sit and enjoy the nature both inside and out. The space This is a beautiful space that is close to Denver, but still completely a mountain property. It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city (especially during the summer heat) and enjoy the freedom and beauty of the Colorado Wilderness. There is a full bathroom that was newly remodeled along with the kitchen, complete with Travertine tile, exotic granite counter tops and custom back splash. The unit also has a washer/dryer but no dishwasher. Guest access You will have sole access to the 1 bedroom cabin on the property. However, there is also a larger home located on the property which is not a part of this reservation. We live on the property and/or have guests staying often so the 14 acre property will be shared. But the two houses are hardly visible to one another so you will still have a lot of privacy. We also have another tenant living in a fifth wheel on the property but it is also fairly far away from the cabin with many trees in between. We also occasionally rent out an RV on the property but this too is not very visible from the cabin. Other things to note We do have a TV and wireless internet so you can access Netflix, etc, but do not have cable service. There is a pond on this property which has some fish, but the number and species are largely unknown; so if you do fish we ask that you abide by the catch-and-release system. If you stay during the winter months, it is best to have a 4WD vehicle just in case there is snow on the driveway. There is not a fully fenced area around the cabin.

The space This is a tiny, rustic, charming space, with close proximity to the main house, yet absolutely private. We are a family that loves travel, and so, you will find little touches all around you to help make you feel welcome. Here, you will experience peace and quiet while knowing that if you should need anything, your host is close by. Relax on your private deck, enjoying the lovely views of our valley, and sleep sweetly in the very comfortable bed. The space is cozy, clean and welcoming. Internet access is good, and you will have access to Netfix, Amazon, and Disney; DVD's are also provided. This is a quiet space. Absolutely no drugs or smoking will be tolerated and the neighborhood must be respected at all times. Other things to note Out of respect for the people who live in the neighborhood, first time guests are asked to arrive while it’s daylight and will be helped in finding the property the very first time.
