The washer dryer units are downstairs, but other than that, you don't need to go downstairs to enjoy all the listed amenities. This nice 3 bedroom home is located in the heart of Omaha. Blocks from UNMC, Memorial Park, and a short drive to downtown and the Interstate. Large living room with a spacious dine in kitchen, 13 ft ceilings make it feel even larger. The master suite includes a private bath and walk in closet, along with comfortable queen size bed. Plenty of street parking available, usually multiple spots right in front of the house. NO BIG PARTIES ALLOWED. few guests are ok. The space This modern yet cozy home has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Omaha. Two bedrooms are on the walk-out lower level, down a flight of stairs. There is a updated and clean bathroom on each level, as well as an accessible washer and dryer. Living room has a nice size tv with seating for 5. Kitchen is nicely stocked and should have anything you need to make a nice meal. Great wifi throughout the house, and the television is setup with 3 different streaming services which include all local channels and most popular cable channels. There is a 3rd small room which has a twin size bed. It is the size of an office but provides nice privacy. After continued issues I am no longer renting to local residents without a good previous rating. If you book I will cancel your reservation and you will have to wait for a refund. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and yard. There is a small yard in the back but isn't very useful Other things to note NO LARGE PARTIES OR EVENTS. My neighbors are quick to call me as well as the police if problems arise. Early check in and late check out may be available if possible.

Our comfortable, cozy house features plenty of room to relax with original hardwood floors, and 13-foot, exposed wood living room ceiling. You will feel right at home. The space 3 queen-sized beds; two on the main floor with full bath, plus a lower level queen bed with its own Roku TV and half bath. Ample dining and living rooms make it perfect for couples, professionals, and families. Hang out in the spacious backyard with a gas grill and outdoor seating for spring, summer, and fall enjoyment or have your morning coffee on the front porch in tree-lined tranquility. This safe, upscale neighborhood is adjacent to the nearby Blackstone District and Midtown Crossing shops, restaurants, and outdoor spaces.
