Historic Meets Modern at the Brick Street Apartment Studio Suite. It's classy, trendy, and so unique! We are located in the historic "Brick Street District" of downtown Augusta, KS. Our distinctively remodeled apartments are perfect if you're just traveling through or want a weekend getaway. The atmosphere is truly a one of a kind experience! The space Step into a one-of-a-kind Brick Street Apartment Studio Suite in historic downtown Augusta. Exposed brick, mid-century woodwork, and modern updates create a stylish retreat for two. Unwind in a king bed, refresh in the full bath with curved shower, and enjoy a handy kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig + K-cups). Walk to shops, dining, and a nearby playground—Santa Fe Lake and Wichita are close, too. Note: trains nearby; earplugs provided. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor of an office area secured by a heavy ornate metal and glass door. Once inside there are stairs going up to the suite that are wide, carpeted and well-lit. There is free street parking but it is a business district so if you come early you may need to park a block or so away. Other things to note Light sleepers are sometimes bothered by the sound of trains on the near by tracks. We have a high velocity fan you can request to drown out noise, ear plugs in the first aid kit or some guest use Spotify to play music or nature sounds while sleeping.

Spacious neighborhood home just 25 min east of Wichita. Beautifully situated on Augusta Lake with an elevated view from the deck and large backside windows. Base price is for up to 10 people. Additional guests up to a total of 16, adults or children, are 20 dollars per night per person. No outside visitors allowed. Called the "Grandhouse" by the grandkids, whose grandparents designed and built the house in 1978. This clean and open space concept is great for family gatherings. The space Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and large kitchen with open dining/living room and vaulted ceiling. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, game/family room with ping-pong table, sofa's and tv. The owners served in Africa for 17 years doing missions work as an educator and nurse. This fact is delightfully highlighted in some of the decor. Outside: - Paved path for walks, runs or bike rides along the lake - Beautiful sunsets over the lake - Splash park, open during the summer, within walking distance - Garvin Park disc golf course nearby - April-July the rare Purple Martins will be flying in and out of the birdhouse with their pleasant chirping Guest access You will have the home to youself. Other things to note The lake is not available for swimming or boating. You can fish with the appropriate permits.

Lake View Grand House

We call the property Honey Creek. The guesthouse is located next to our primary residence on a beautiful wooded 10 acres just 2 miles east of Augusta. It has everything you'll need to be comfortable away from home, including laundry facilities. But just in case--we are just a call or text away if you need anything! The space Luxury living in the country. Other things to note You may bump into our family on the property. We enjoy being outside and are a very active family.

Honey Creek Guesthouse

Our home is about 15 minutes from the East side of Wichita. We live in the country and have room for visitors to park a horse trailer. Our room is a suite above our garage with a private bath, a king size bed, and a coffee machine and it’s own entrance. Our dog, Buster, a very friendly corgi, is often the greeter but is in a hidden fence. We don’t offer a discount for extended long stays since our occupancy rate is high. Please make reservation by 9:00pm for that night lodg The space Our guest room is quite and private. You do not have to enter our house to access the room, it has a private entrance through the breezeway. Guest access Welcome to the country, at night you get to see the stars and hear the sounds of the country, frogs, locust, coyotes and an occasional moo from the cattle. Our room is above our garage and has central heat and air, however in the heat of summer, because it’s so high, it struggles to stay real cool. If you need a cold room in the summer, you may want to stay elsewhere. During your stay We enjoying visiting with the guests if they have time. It is fun to hear why they are visiting and learn about them. Other things to note We own and operate a family farm so at times there is big equipment around the home which is fun for some people to look at. We enjoy talking about and answering questions guest may have about the farming life.
