We do everything we can to keep the home very clean prior to your arrival, however you may notice cobwebs might appear quicker than normal because of the location. If you have any concerns, do not hesitate to inform the host. Everything you need to bake and cook meals are available at your fingertips. With state of the art appliances, gas stove, oven, microwave, wine fridge, ice maker, espresso & coffee machine, tea bar, glassware, outdoor bbq - whatever you desire we have it for you. Other things to note PETS Only 2 dogs are allowed per stay, no more than 40lbs with a pet fee of $50 per stay, per dog. The property is fenced in the back yard but be advised it might be easy to get out in some areas. PARKING The driveway is long and meets the home at the top of the hill. It is wide enough for a single vehicle at a time. Up to 3 vehicles can fit in the driveway, anticipate a tight turn around at the top and park accordingly. Additional parking options are available at the bottom of the driveway and half way, accommodating multiple vehicles. Can fit trailer, RV, and Boats. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and pool use may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Additionally, you understand the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. The cottage sits next to a green belt and T.R. woods park with playground, BBQ area, and basketball court. Only a short 4min drive from downtown Redding to the east and an 8min drive west to beautiful and understated Whiskeytown Lake to the west. It's a simple house. Quaint. Familiar. The Pineapple House has a Master Bedroom with a Cal King bed, a stone bathroom with a walk-in shower, and musical sink. The second room also has a Cal King bed. The third room has a Queen bed. All of the rooms have a closet, 2 night stands with lamps with USB ports, a dresser, ceiling fans and windows. Why is it called The Pineapple House? The reasons are three-fold. First- The Pineapple is a symbol for warmth, friendship and welcome. These are feelings that I hope my guests will have. Second- When I first walked into this house there was a fresh Pineapple sitting proudly on the kitchen counter. I fell in love with the house and bought it. Third- The Pineapple House is the name of a place I stayed at in 2017 on a trip to Costa Rica. I stayed at an AirBnB house there called The Pineapple House. I remember that when I was looking through all of the available listings, The Pineapple House name really caught my stare. The name drew me in, and I had to see what it was. So now that my dream has been met, and I own a delicious slice of the Pineapple. There are subtle pineapple decorations sprinkled around the house and the refrigerator is always stocked with freshly canned pineapple slices and chunks. Guest access The Pineapple House is all yours during your stay. The living space is about 1550 square feet. The only space that I keep locked up is the garage which does not have a doorway to the main house. Here is a list of rooms: Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry, Queen Bedroom, King Bedroom, Master King Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom, Patio, Entry area. There is enough room to park 6 cars in the driveway. Other things to note Before your check-in I will help you with directions to the house and you will get a unique access code to open the front door. If you visit more than 2-3 days I will likely need to come by the outside of the house to water the gardens and check on the pool. There is a smart door bell at the front door that has a video camera built in. That is the only Security camera on the premises.

Welcome to our favorite place! Our house is located in a quiet, family neighborhood with very little traffic. Among other things, our house includes: · 4 bedrooms · 3 bathrooms · Pool · Hot Tub · BBQ Griddle · Central Air Conditioning/Heater We're located just 4 minutes away from Downtown Redding, restaurants and cafes, and 2 minutes from a grocery shop. We're about 25 minutes away from Whiskeytown Lake and 30 minutes from Lake Shasta. The space Our house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry room, a pool, and a hot tub. A two-car garage is also available. The king bedroom has a private bathroom, while the rest of the bedrooms share the other two full bathrooms. A laundry room with a new washer and drier are also available. Smart TV for streaming Netflix and other services. Guest access We have a 2 car garage and a 4 car driveway, along with a boat/RV driveway. Street parking is off-limits for Airbnbs in the city of Redding. An EV charger is available in the garage. Tesla vehicles will require an adapter Other things to note Due to the city of Redding regulations, no parties are allowed for Airbnb. Our pool is not heated. We have a bbq griddle that our guests are welcome to use with a single condition that you clean the griddle station after use. If you prefer not to clean it, a $50 cleaning fee will be added to the total. While a propane tank is included, we do not fill it up/replace it and do not keep track of how full it is. Guests are welcome to replace the empty tank for a new one at several nearby locations. Registered Guests Only Only guests included in the Airbnb reservation are allowed on the property at any time unless approved in advance through Airbnb messaging. No parties, gatherings, or unregistered visitors. Additional or unauthorized guests may result in extra charges and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

The space The mid-century pool home is the ideal space to take in the Redding flavor. The home is situated on a tree-lined street with majestic shade oaks and magnolias offering greenery and a nice shade canopy during the hot summer months. The house is designed as a modern open floor plan with white vaulted beam ceilings and lots of natural light. The home has a cute front yard as well as a private secluded side garden ready to host your family outdoors with soft synthetic turf, an outdoor dining table, and Weber gas grill. This space connects along the side yard to the rear pool deck which is filled with comfortable outdoor seating options. Whether vacationing with the family, exploring the outdoors, or in town for a conference, this home will prove to be a welcoming relaxing space to settle in for your stay. Other things to note The swimming pool is an awesome amenity for the home, but we take safety seriously have high safety latches at the doors leading to the pool area to keep small children from gaining access to the pool. Please take extra precaution and care with children or others who can't swim to ensure that the backyard is a safe environment for everyone. The garden is great as it offers a secure play area for little ones as it is gated in from both the street and pool area. By renting our house, you and all your guests in your party agree to all terms and conditions, therefore the owners and Airbnb is free of any liability. Please note we have a camera at both the front and rear of the home that come on from 10:30pm to 6:30 am for your security. We also have a doorbell cam at the front of the property.

There are lots of extra pillows and blankets for everyone. On the side of the house is a small storage with extra chairs, pools float devises and 2 full size mattresses in case one or all of your family want to sleep under the stars around the pool overlooking the city lights!.....a super hit with all ages! 1 day minimum notice usually required for reservation. Guest access The entire home is yours to use. 2 on-site parking places in the driveway are available for tenants at all times. The garage itself is my space where I keep my supplies and is locked. The entire home except the locked garage is for your use. The spa has fresh clean water for every whole house rental. The spa is for you and your group only and is brand new fresh and freshly treated sparkling water. Sit in the spa in any weather and see the view the city (beautiful night scenes) and the pool is right there to jump into! Other things to note There is plastic wine glasses and tall cups b the stove for pool area fun as well! The pantry has extra products like t.p. and paper towel. We supply Starbucks coffees (and/or similar quality) for all guests as well as tea's. All refrigerator products are high quality and fresh for your use like salad dressing and ketchup etc. Also (guest love this) I supply a drawer in the master bathroom with a wide variety of soaps (not slivers of but new full bars of soap) and most folks like the blue Ocean Breeze French Soaps and choose that but there are many to choose from. I also supply liquid soap in the showers and great shampoo's. I provide sandwich bags in that drawer with the soaps for you to choose from so you can take these very nice full sized bars home with you if your wish. We do not reuse soap bars you always get new full sized soap bars if you wish. I also provide lots of extra pillows in the master bedroom closet in case you or your family/group want a different pillow or a bunch of pillows while enjoying television. My goal is to make your stay here the best ever for you and your family/guests!

Charming vintage old homes have their appeal, but keep in mind the age. Though many features have been upgraded, there are still attributes to be mindful of and to have grace. HEATING AND AIR- Controlled by a nest thermostat, there is central heat and air. This old home has minimal insulation so being mindful of a continuous run on the system can be very costly please be considerate. The house heats and cools very rapidly but may not hold the temperature while away. Please be mindful about temperature when not at home- turning the thermostat to Eco mode can help save on the utility bill and keep the nightly rate offerings low. Excessive use could lead to surcharge to guests if inappropriate usage. SECURITY- There are many security features built in and provide plenty of protection. As with every location especially in a city center, being mindful of unwanted guests is critical to your own security and safety as well as the protection of the assets of the home. Please always lockup, and if you chose to use additional security measures, locks and alarms are provided and instructions for use. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet minutes from downtown Redding, Arbor Haus offers a unique chance to stay in a living work of art. Guest access The entire house is available for you and your guests to enjoy, the garage is open and available for you to park in and includes a Tesla charger should you need it for $50 a week. Other things to note * Door alarms have been added to all exterior doors to alert you if a toddler (or someone else not capable of swimming) goes out to the pool unsupervised. Please alarm them during your stay do not remove them.

Very simple, peaceful and equipped with all the basics. The space Spanish bungalow style stucco home, built in 1942, has a spacious living room and kitchen. The Queen bed in the first bedroom is a high-end memory foam mattress with Therapedic Tencel bedding. The full/standard bed in the second bedroom has a memory foam topper with organic cotton cover. Living room has one 27" TV with Roku. Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, conference goers (1.7-miles to Redding Civic Auditorium; 5.8-miles to Bethel Church), and business travelers (1.4-miles to Shasta Regional Medical Center; 1.3-miles to Mercy Medical Center). Guest access Self-check in available via the lock box at the front door. You will have access to 2 fully setup bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and shower, a living room, a full kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The third bedroom has only a futon with an extra pillow and blanket. There is one single parking space Infront of the garage. The back yard and detached garage is used for storage and is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Please be mindful that this home is older and still needing some updates and renovation (E.g. Kitchen still in need of painting and repairs to the vinyl flooring) but, has been professionally cleaned. We have central Airconditioning that is supplemented with a portable A/C unit. Our home sleeps 10 people comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two King size bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room. The large backyard is a great place for the young ones to play. Centrally located near shopping mall, bowling and theater. The space House of Providence is a spacious home which includes 3 bedrooms at the front of the house near the living room with a TV, dining room and a bathroom. Behind the kitchen, is another dining area, family room with a TV, queen sofa sleeper and the master suite. Both TVs are Roku where you may sign in to your own Netflix or Disney accounts. Please remember to sign out before check out. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a home cooked meal including your basic spices, pots and pans. Please be gentle on the house and the floors (carpet and laminate). This is a home and not a hotel. There is no large maintenance staff, only me. All the amenities are for your comfort and convenience. If you don't cook... there are always other options (Uber eats and other home delivery choices). Some eateries within a 5 to 7 minute drive include Chicken Shack, New China II, Red Robin, IN and Out, Chick Filet and Black Bear Diner. We are located one exit from Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Exploration Park. We are also a short drive to Crystal Creek Falls and other recreational areas. We are 8 minutes from Bethel Church. Welcome to our home. We have owned this property for over 50 years and have watched the city of Redding grow. The house is perfect for a visit to the North State. Optimal for people who love the outdoors. Well situated for adventures on the Sacramento River, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Lassen and the Shasta Lake, Trinity River and Whiskeytown Lake recreational areas. When you are done exploring and adventuring you can come home, BBQ and enjoy the pool. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. The space *The gardener works in the front and back yards on Mondays usually in the mornings. He usually lets himself into the backyard thru the side gate or garage. He might knock on the door to announce himself. Please be aware of your dogs at this time. *The pool cleaner comes on Thursday usually in the morning and he will let himself into thru the side gate or thru the garage. Again, be aware of your dogs at this time. *The house is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp accessing the house thru the garage and a ramp out to the pool. Many of the bedroom doors have been made wider to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. The main bathroom has a wheel in and walk in shower. *We have parking for 3 cars: 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. *There is an extra long driveway for boat or RV parking. Our RV is parked there most of the time but can be moved to accommodate our guests when needed. We need a week advanced notice. *We do recommend that you keep children out of the garage. *There are beds for 6 people. *Dogs are welcome as long as you pick up after your dogs. We prefer a maximum of 2 dogs but am open to discussion if you have more (for an additional fee). We also have a doggie door that can be temporarily installed in the back bedroom while you are at the house. *We have cable and internet access as well as a ROKU for you to access your streaming accounts. We ask that you please log out of your streaming platforms before leaving the house in order to not have other guests use your accounts. Guest access Full house access except for two locked closets. We invite you to use our fully serviceable kitchen although recommend safety with children. Again we would prefer children not be allowed in the garage except when accessing the entry. Other things to note Please be aware that Redding City Law requires transient rentals to provide parking for all guests. Our property includes parking for 3 cars. Even though the City noise requirements indicate that things should be quiet between 10 pm and 7 am please be aware that this is a relatively quiet neighborhood and we have had noise complaints during regular hours so we thank you in advance for being mindful of loud music and loud voices and adhering to our rules. Also we do not permit smoking of anything inside the house. If you are going to smoke please smoke outside with the house doors completely closed. Our business license and transient rental permit can be found in the house binder on the desk in the living room. The Redding Area has much to explore including the beautiful Sundail Bridge and Turtle Bay area. There is fishing and rafting on the Sacramento river. The area is blessed with many walking and biking paths near the Sacramento River. Whiskeytown Lake and Shasta Lake are wonderful for swimming and boating. Mt. Lassen is accessible for a day hike during the summer months. Please check all of the local National Forest websites to make sure there are no park closures.
