Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. ★ NO STREET/GRASS PARKING - 4 CARS ONLY★ NO STREET OR GRASS parking, it is strictly prohibited. Our vacation rental has a license for only 4 cars being parked at the property parking lot. Parking on the street, on grass, behind bushes, or by neighbors' houses is illegal and will result in a violation of city law. All vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked within a driveway in compliance with the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilton Manors. ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking (anything) inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor Removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. You will be required to pay an additional odor removal fee of $750. SMOKING MARIJUANA (inside, outside, in the front yard, in the backyard, on our parking lot - anywhere on the property) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If our neighbors or personnel report the smell of weed, we will be required to call authorities, since it is illegal in Florida and prohibited at our vacation rental. ★ NO DRUGS or WEAPONS ★ Our community has zero tolerance towards DRUGS or WEAPONS, and it will be reported to the City Police immediately. ★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★ Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They’ll get to enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you relax by the pool. Please note that we charge a FEE 100$ per pet. Please clean after your pets if needed. SECURITY AND SAFETY We are doing our best to keep the community and our guests safe. Thank you very much for your understanding. Finally, know that we do have security cameras and noise and smoke detectors on-premises, and tampering with any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation. We have 2, motion-activated recording cameras overlooking the front yard which record video and audio. Another 2 cameras overlook the backyard with a pool for safety issues. It is motion-activated and records audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. There is also a smart home device on the ceiling that actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
