The space The spacious living room (32' x 24') is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy a game of pool on the quality 9' Slate Pool Table or unwind with your favorite shows on the new 75" Smart TV. This cabin offers unparalleled privacy with five separate bedrooms, ensuring a peaceful retreat for everyone. Climate control is provided by a heat pump, offering both air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. To enhance your stay, we've included a portable whole-house dehumidifier to improve air conditioning efficiency during warmer months, and a portable whole-house air purifier to ensure the air you breathe is fresh and clean. Guest access You'll have the whole cabin to yourselves! That means all five bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, and the kitchen are all yours to enjoy. Plus, there's free parking right on site, with space for at least 3-4 cars and even a boat trailer. We've made it easy to arrive with a luggage drop-off area right at the entrance. And don't forget, you can relax in the backyard enjoying two firepits, and have easy access to the lake and river. Other things to note There is a 2nd Refrigerator/Freezer in the Living Room to put those extra drink or food items and freezer to store your Catch! Also, a 55" Smart TV in Kitchen/Dining Room. Located in a very small town where you can see the stars without the city lights. Next to Rossie waterfalls which provides the relaxing background noise of rushing water to lull you to sleep. If you like fishing, access Indian River above or below the waterfalls just steps away, or Black Lake is a short distance away to launch or rent a boat. A close 25 min drive to beautiful Alexandra Bay, Boldt Castle and the Thousand Islands with Local wineries and Breweries. The space This house was originally built in the 1800’s for workers at a now closed mining mill. Remnant of the mill can be seen from the house. Exposed beams on the main floor, with many pieces from the past. Great wrap around porch with lots of seating. Gates provided to keep the young ones contained if needed. Guest access Guess will be provided with door access code before arrival. Other things to note This property has two residences. Main house up on hill. The driveway needs to be available at all times for owners. Plenty of parking for cars, boats for our guests in lot in front of the Bunkhouse.

Black Lake is the largest lake in St Lawrence County, its over 7,500 acres in size and is known for amazing fishing and boating! The property is centrally located to the 1000 Islands, Canada, the Adirondacks, and many other smaller lakes. 3 kayaks and a paddleboard, including life vests and paddles, are provided for your enjoyment! The house is cozy and well maintained and includes important amenities such as a brand new washer and dryer, 2 smart TVs, WiFi, bed linens, towels and bathroom essentials, and a fully stocked kitchen including a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, new stove, and complimentary coffee. There are 3 total beds - 1 queen, 1 full, a full sized sleeper sofa. Every bed in the house has a night stand or dresser next to it, with a small lamp.
