The space Wonderful floor plan for privacy: two bedrooms on lower level; primary bedroom on top level with living room, dining room and main kitchen on middle floor. Washer/dryer on top floor. Small kitchenette on lower level. In a quiet residential neighborhood and a short walk to everything downtown Frisco has to offer! Guest access You'll have access to the whole house and can enter through the front entrance or back door that goes through the garage. Other things to note Unfortunately, I prefer not to rent to people who want to bring their pet. I've been burned in the past and just don't want the risks, headaches and complications that follow. I am willing to be flexible, but this requires a separate agreement between me and you that has nothing to do with Airbnb. I will only allow ONE well-behaved and well-trained dog because I am allergic to cats. We can chat about your dog if you'd like to. I would require a $500 security deposit for your dog that is fully refundable if there is no damage to the house from your dog. Our agreement would include the following: I would need you to always take your dog with you and not leave them by themself in the house. I have worked long and hard to have grass and a garden, so I would want your dog to relieve themself only in front of the pillars and split rail fencing and for you or to immediately pick up after them. I require a written agreement that you would reimburse me 100% for any damage your dog might cause to the house or my gardens. The cleaning fee will increase by $200 if I need to have the carpet cleaned professionally. Frisco has a leash law and this would need to be followed because my house is in the Town of Frisco. Like I said, I've been burned before and have learned some hard lessons to prevent this from happening again. I also may have guests checking in after you that are allergic to dogs, so I need to assure them I have done all I can to provide a clean, sanitary environment. The dining room is setup for big family dinners or if you prefer, dine alfresco to mountain views on the deck. BBQ grill on back deck. One car garage in front with 2 additional parking spaces. Guest access Guest get use of the entire unit. We have a washer and dryer available. There is parking for 3 cars Maximum. One car in the garage, one parking space in front of the garage and another just to the right of that space. All other parking will be subject to towing. Wifi is strong allowing remote work. There's a gas BBQ on the back deck. Other things to note We now allow up to 2 pets. There is a non refundable pet fee required, on top of the final booking price. We love dogs and have 2 of our own and will always welcome dogs into our home but there have been instances of not so great behavior. This pet fee will help us cover the cost of maintaining great home hygiene with regular carpet cleaning etc... To be good neighbors we have a list of must dos and don'ts with pets. 1. Respect our neighbors by not leaving your dog alone for more than an hour or so. 2. Constant, consistent barking is a problem for our neighbors and indicates your pet is scared to be alone. 3. All poop must be picked up and disposed of. There is a poop canister in the park, across the street. 4. Leash your pet as required. There is wildlife about. For longer term guests staying over 2 weeks, there will be a mid stay clean required at an extra cost of $175. Bears visit the area frequently. Please do not leave any food on the deck overnight or during the day without someone being around. They don't come round often but they will take an opportunity when given one. We have a humming bird feeder. Feel free to top it off. The birds love it. Moose and Elk will occasionally walk through the backyard esp in the spring and the fall. These are wild animals. Do not approach them.
